Being peace in our personal lives naturally radiates it to the world. All minds are joined and really only one. Where within us do we still hold onto conflict? Is there a part or parts of us where we attack ourselves? Do we condemn, judge or criticize ourselves in any way? Do we hold onto any old guilt or patterns or behaviors that are not aligned to the Truth of who we really are as perfect peace, love, harmony, joy, well-being, order, and balance? Do we have any resentment, grievances, or hang onto old judgements of others or situations? We can reflect on these with unconditional self-love, self-kindness, and compassion. Loving Exercise You may like to take a moment to do the following exercise that can bring greater awareness and insight of your inner mindscape. It can be very helpful to write down your answers in a journal. Let the wisdom from within flow onto paper. Stop and ask your beautiful self the following. “In which way(s) do I attack myself?” (Examples might include self-judgement, self-doubt, guilt, ignoring your personal needs etc.). Notice what comes up. Be specific. You might think that some types of attack on yourself are small and some bigger. However, all self-attack is the same and is not helpful nor true. Next, forgive yourself. You may like to place a hand on your radiant heart as you state, “I forgive you your name. I AM perfect, whole, innocent and complete. I AM perfect just the way that I AM. There is nothing wrong with me. I AM perfect love, perfect peace. That is what I AM. That is my true nature. My true essence, now and forever.” Wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a big, warm, loving hug! Your whole being loves this. You are never separate from Source/Presence/Peace/Love/Joy/the true Self. Each moment, we have the choice what we choose to believe about ourselves and our true nature. With thoughts that arise, we can choose which thoughts to listen to and those not to. Noticing them with unconditional love and self-compassion. We can be so gentle and nurturing with ourselves. Now ask yourself the following. “In what ways can I be more loving with myself?” Perhaps hearing and listening more deeply to your inner needs and following the inner wisdom, guidance, and solutions that arises from presence, the stillness within. Or encouraging yourself throughout the day… Write down your answers. We can extend this love, compassion, and forgiveness that we have given ourselves to those we have attacked in our minds by holding onto grievances. We can choose inner peace, peace of mind. As we liberate ourselves, by making a shift at the level of the mind, we liberate all. When we no longer attack ourselves, judgements/resentment/ grievances of others and the world fall away naturally on their own and are replaced with compassion. Love leads to more love. It's time to take our inherent power back. It's always been there and always will be. It’s time to be who, what we truly are. Our Magnificence. Our Light. Our eternal Peace. The Love that we are. That is our true nature. And our natural state of being. In Oneness,

Scientists have studied that we have about 60,000 to 90,000 thoughts per day. When we take notice of the thoughts, we can become aware that they are often the same or similar to the ones the day before. Perhaps you’ve noticed that? Some of the thoughts are helpful and nurturing and aligned to our magnificent/perfect/eternal wholeness, and the Truth of who we are at the deepest level of our being. These thoughts help to support us on our path. Other thoughts may be based in separation consciousness and are not supportive, nurturing, nor aligned to the Truth of who we are. And so if we choose to believe in these types of thoughts, they won’t be helpful for us. The key is not about trying to eliminate any kind of thoughts that may seem distressing or unhelpful. Thoughts will always be there and they are not the issue. Let all thoughts be present. We are not the thoughts. What is important is how we view them and whether we choose to identify with them or not. When a thought that is unhelpful (based in separation consciousness, self-doubt, lack, limitation, unworthiness, blame, guilt etc.) arises, notice it from a place of curiosity. Just be aware of it. Refrain from judging it or labeling it (good or bad, right or wrong etc.) and simply be present with it. Allow the thought to be there without trying to eliminate it nor any feeling that may arise. So with any thought that surfaces that is not helpful (like “I’m not good enough”, “I can’t have what I want”, “they are bad people”, “there’s never enough”…) you just observe it and might even think something like, “Oh, look at that. That’s interesting that that is coming up.” Such a thought can be an old program/pattern of thinking running in the mind. By pausing and stepping back with awareness and non-judgement, you may gain insight or have the realization of the root of where the pattern of thinking is coming from. It often can be something from long ago, that is arising again to be looked at with love and compassion and be healed. So awareness and non-judgement of an unhelpful thought can shift the energy around it to self-empowerment. We take back our power by choosing not to buy into nor identify with such a thought or stories. The practice is to be a loving and kind witness of what shows up in the mind. And to be gentle with ourselves with any thoughts that arise. Amongst all the thinking is the ever-present quiet stillness of calm, which becomes more evident when we accept the present moment as it is and no longer resist any thoughts, feelings or sensations. If any feelings or sensations arise that you find distressing, allow yourself to feel them with self-compassion and love. It is our judgement of our feelings and sensations that can keep us bound to them. Resisting, burying, or repressing any that are distressing, does not get rid of them because they are trying to get our attention as they need our gentle and loving care. When we give them our attention and feel our feelings with non-judgement and love, healing occurs. Living from a place of presence, self-kindness, and acceptance of all of our thoughts, feelings, and sensations helps the body stay relaxed. When we observe our thoughts and give ourselves the loving support we need moment to moment, the peaceful spaciousness around the thoughts and behind the mind chatter becomes more evident. It reminds us that all is well. That we are always taken care of. That we can relax and let go of any stress. This stillness/spaciousness/peace is the Truth of what we are. It is our true Self. It’s our true nature. With full acceptance and non-judgement of what occurs in the present moment, a natural process of transformation happens on its own. Any pull into the thoughts/stories subsides. A deep sense of liberation can emerge. Distress dissolves into peace and the past and future are released (any worries, doubts, guilt, blame etc.). The whole body relaxes too. It releases out of fight/flight/freeze stress mode and back to order, coherence, balance, and stability. I have found that when we develop the practice of staying as the awareness of the thoughts, rather than identifying as them, and viewing them with unconditional love and compassion, and accept their presence, we cultivate a deep level of self-kindness. I have experienced that an inner gentleness for the self blooms which feels so liberating and blissful. It feels amazing to just be me and stay committed to living as the Truth of what we are. There is greater flow, ease and harmony. When we unconditionally love and appreciate ourselves and honor our true inherent magnificence, the old unhelpful thought and behavioral patterns fall away on their own. The feelings of love, peace, well-being, and alignment to our wholeness feels so good that we no longer choose to buy into any unhelpful patterns/stories, nor criticize ourselves anymore. We make the commitment to ourselves, to choose self-kindness and love. To be the love that is our Truth. The love that we always and forever are. And we can then also see through any illusions/drama in the outer world to the peace, stillness, spaciousness, magnificence, and love that is in all. Note: Looking at our emotions/thoughts/feelings and issues can be overwhelming or challenging especially if there has been trauma or if one is experiencing psychological issues. Be sure to consult and get help if needed, from a licensed professional or therapist. In Oneness,

The benefits of walking in nature are numerous. Some of these benefits include the following: -helps improve cardiovascular health -assists with reducing stress and anxiety -improves well-being and uplifting one’s mood and can be especially helpful when experiencing a traumatic life circumstance like a health issue, or the transition of a loved one or a relationship issue. -can help decrease high blood pressure -helps bring stillness to the mind -grounding -can assist with opening and developing one’s senses by observing the sights and sounds of nature -feeling more connected to Spirit which also boosts creativity With such benefits to the body and mind, walking in nature can also assist with speeding up the healing/recovery process. Being outdoors in nature brings clarity of mind. Especially when we let go of everything that may be on our minds for a while, and become aware of and observe our surroundings in nature. From the wind’s gentle breeze, to the rustling sound of leaves and the warm sun on your back. The brilliant colorful flowers, the sweet song of a bird overhead, the soft green grass and strong-rooted trees, all with their vibrancy and aliveness is something to appreciate. Taking a nature walk helps us to see our lives and experiences from a higher perspective. It helps us connect more deeply with our inner peace, our Spirit, that reminds us that “All is Well.” I love walking in nature on a daily basis. No matter how I am feeling before taking my walk, I always feel more uplifted and renewed during and after my nature walk. I also have found that much intuitive guidance comes during these walks. When the mind becomes still, the inspiration (in-spirit) flows. And adding Reiki to a walk in nature boosts the intuitive guidance even more, since the Reiki energy helps us to connect more deeply with the wisdom of our Spirit. Incorporating Reiki into a Nature Walk I love to connect with Reiki on my walks. I have noticed that by doing so, I feel even more grounded, relaxed, peaceful, more in tune with Spirit, and it boosts creative ideas. Reiki nature walks are very balancing, grounding, healing and empowering. Before I set off on my walk in nature, I call on Reiki. Though some parts may vary at different times depending on what I’m feeling Reiki guiding me to use (symbols etc.) at the moment, the following are typically the steps I follow. Steps that I Follow as Suggested Ideas for Taking a Walk in Nature with Reiki
I do love my Reiki nature walks. They enhance my time in nature and deepen the relaxing, healing, harmonizing, and balancing benefits that nature has to offer. You may wish to incorporate these ideas and bring the loving power of Reiki into your nature walks. When invoking Reiki and/or any symbols, do what works for you. You can visualize the symbols, state their names, draw them over the body, or you may have other ways too. Follow your inner guidance and let Reiki lead the way on your walks! And have fun! During times of challenge, it is even more important for us to be centered and grounded to our inner Spirit. With the many shifts and changes we are all experiencing in our daily routines and lives at this time, our ever-present true Self--our Higher Spirit Self, the calm and quiet presence within--is always there to teach us, lead us, and show us the way. It is during times like these that it is vital to listen to and follow the guidance of Spirit, our Inner Teacher of Peace. This is such an opportune time to commit to and deepen the cultivation of the practice of presence in our daily lives. In regards to the coronavirus pandemic, yes we each take the necessary precautions to keep ourselves, families, and others safe and healthy, and do what feels best and comfortable for us in the outer world. At the same time, at the level of the mind, our inner world, we can choose how we look at things and what we would like to focus on. We choose what we want to listen to or focus on from outside sources and what we communicate and express, and also on what we choose to focus upon from within as well. And we can look at it all with compassion, love, and understanding. We can move through this global experience and each and every one of life's experiences (there really is no difference) through presence, peace, and with Spirit. Spirit is readily available to support us at all times and in all ways. There is no problem that is too big or too small and Spirit recognizes that all problems are really the same and that there is always just one solution. LOVE. There is a lovely lesson (# 21) from A Course in Miracles, "I am determined to see things differently." We can always choose how to view any situation, problem, person, the self, or anything. We can look at it through the vision of Spirit (love) or through fear (ego/judgement). When there are times that I observe that I am not feeling complete peace, I remind myself of this statement from A Course in Miracles. When I remember that I can see the particular situation differently, choose how I want to feel and at the same time I release any judgement in how I am feeling and what is occurring, a shift occurs right away. The weight is lifted when I choose to see it all through love instead. By being willing and determined to see things differently, we open ourselves to Spirit to gently take us by the hand, and lead us to seeing things differently, through peace, love, and harmony. We no longer choose to feel stuck. We can ask Spirit to help us to see whatever is causing us any distress, through Love and divine Truth. As we do so, judgement falls away and we remember once again who we, everyone, and everything truly is. Perfect, whole, complete, divine. That is what we are. This is truly a time of transformation on the planet when we all have the opportunity to whole-heartedly make the choice to stay anchored to our true Self/Spirit, to release judgement and replace it with compassion for ourselves and all others, and to be truly helpful. Let us make the choice to stay committed to living our magnificence! In Oneness,
Maya Bringas When I look at you I See me. I See your Light and so I See the Light in me. To See you is to recognize myself. The Light we share. The Light as One. I See the love that is your spirit. It's who you are. What you are. And as I See the beauty of your spirit, I affirm the beauty that is my spirit. For we are no different. We are the same. The appearance may differ, but the Light, the Love within, could be no different. I See you for who you are. And so I acknowledge who I AM. Our identities may differ, but we are not identities. We are formless, united with the One. One Heart, one Love, one remarkable Divine Light. Let us soar in our united true form. Past all illusions, higher and higher. Lighter we become, immersed in the One. Beyond time, beyond space. We are eternal in the One. Bliss is our nature, bliss is our right. Oh how amazing it is to be this simplicity. No struggle, no fear. Just pure delight. In joy to be and simply be free. Home is here. Home is within. For the One everlasting shining Light is what we are in. Happiness, joy, love, and peace. That is what we behold within. In Oneness in Source forever we dwell, let us remember this well. For this is where we are, this is our Truth. May we simply be and set ourselves free. When we experience the world through the true Vision of the Higher Spirit Self, we experience life with deep meaning, purpose, and from the awareness of who we really are, which is divine love. In Oneness,
Maya Bringas ~Freedom comes when you remember the magnificence of who you really are~ The heart is the gateway to your True Self. The divine heart of the One Source that resides within us all, knows only Truth. It does not question, it does not seek. It simply knows. It listens in silence, it speaks with strength, and it loves with every pulsating beat. No restrictions, no reservations. It simply extends and flows, generously unhindered. The divine heart seeks not approval, for it knows what it is. It knows only unconditional love. It embraces all and invites love within. Love is always the answer, no matter the question. By truly loving the self, you become a pillar of love. Sadness and grief, worry and despair, uncertainty and fear, dissolve when touched by the love you hold within. And no matter what is experienced within one’s life experience or in the physical body, when there is unconditional love for the self, any inner suffering is always transformed into peace. Tuning in daily to the divine heart is essential. The physical vessel’s natural, vibrational, default setting is to the frequency of divine love. It resonates wholly to love. When aspects of the physical vessel, become out of tune/balance, whether it’s experienced in the mind, the physical or energy bodies, a return to love is what brings it back to its natural frequency and experience of well-being. Whatever method/therapy/form one uses for healing, the underlying essence at the heart of all true and permanent healing is love. Healing is release from fear and occurs at the level of the mind. Sometimes people wonder why healing in some circumstances is temporary. One’s sense of well-being may not seem to last, or perhaps one’s symptoms/health condition may be gone for a while and then reappear. We have free will of what thoughts we choose to believe. Sometimes a person may ignore the inner voice of love, and not yet be willing to permanently release former unloving thought or behavioral patterns, therefore resisting fully embracing love’s presence. In such instances, there is a return to identification with separation and the false self. One might not be ready to release unforgiveness, guilt, judgement etc. Therefore, distress/symptoms may reoccur to get the person’s attention that an internal shift from fear to love is required. In other cases, a person may practice unconditional love, with symptoms alleviated or disappearing completely, while the condition may or may not disappear. The body doesn’t know the divine plan for the soul, but the heart/Spirit does. It is therefore important not to judge what’s happening in the body, nor blame nor be critical of the self. Release any expectation of a specific result. Inner peace and well-being is what healing provides and is possible no matter what’s happening in the body. Being gentle, patient, forgiving, and loving with the self is the divine heart’s guidance. When there is a willingness and commitment to choose love, you can trust and know that the love of the divine heart will always take care of you and keep you well. In Oneness,

Sharing is both a blessing to others and to ourselves. Our intuition is guidance from the Higher Spirit Self. The mind has two parts/thought systems. Spirit is one and is the voice of love. Spirit knows only our divine Truth that we are perfect love and that only love is real. The other part of the mind, the ego, is illusory. The ego is not an entity nor a thing, but rather just the idea that we are separate from our Source. Its thought system is fear-based and is totally flawed as we are not separate from Source. The ego is the inner critic/false self which judges everyone and everything. Abundance, unity, and wholeness are part of Spirit’s thought system. Lack, separation, and limitation are part of the ego’s thought system. Since the part of the mind we choose to follow at any given moment effects how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world, listening to Spirit’s guidance (our intuition) enables us to experience and enjoy life from Spirit’s true vision of peace, love, non-judgement, harmony, and freedom. How do you know if specific thoughts and ideas in your mind are guidance from Spirit or the ego? When they are from Spirit, they are loving, gentle, kind, and uplifting in nature. Any guidance that Spirit offers always result in positive outcomes for our well-being and anyone else concerned. Spirit gives us solutions on how to forgive and eliminate fear and judgement, and brings us clarity. We may feel a burst of joy when we receive inspiring ideas. If the thoughts and ideas are unloving, judgemental, or condemn anyone including the self, then they are from the ego. The guidance received from Spirit may not always necessarily be what one wants to hear at the time. If there are expectations of what it should be, to match what you think you want, this is judgement and a control mechanism of the ego. If Spirit’s guidance is then ignored, it may lead to some confusion and doubt. If unsure if the guidance is from Spirit or the ego, you can ask for clarification from Spirit and wait awhile. Let go of thinking about it for some time and to clear the mind, trusting that Spirit will bring you the clarification in divine timing. When we spend time being in silence and the mind becomes still, the intuitive guidance comes through clearly. Also, Spirit’s guidance will most likely stay the same a few days later, but that from the ego can change, even often. We have so many thoughts that arise in the mind each day. Each moment, we always have the choice which inner voice to listen to. When I made the choice to listen to and follow only Spirit and have stayed committed to doing so everyday, the voice of the ego became much weaker. Like a muscle that gets stronger when we exercise it, when we are dedicated to listening to and following our intuition, the stronger our communication with Spirit and it becomes our clear, dominant, guiding light. Sharing is both a blessing to others and to ourselves. "No need to hasten, no need to be quick. Just let all unfold naturally. You can rest and know you will be your best, for out of the silence emerges your True Divine Self. Oh so bright it shines! Brilliant, dazzling, the Light leads the way. You need look no further, for the Light is within. And from the silence, the answers, solutions, and guidance comes in. See ye as Light. There is nothing else. Simple and True, for all you do. Shine! Shine! Shine dear One! Do not be afraid to let yourself glisten. Emerge, be True. You are amazing in all you do. Will you not recognize now, that you are the Light? Will you not accept the Magnificence of who you really are? You are so divine. So unconditionally loved. Will you not make this True for you? It is your Truth. LOVE. Let yourself be showered in the eternal rays of Source’s divine light. The light nurtures you, supports you, and loves you always. Now is the time, to put all aside, and embrace your Truth. Maya Bringas ~Freedom comes when you remember the magnificence of who you really are~ Forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves and it sets us free. When we choose forgiveness, we release the past, and can enjoy living in the eternal now. Judgement takes many forms. Blaming others or the self for one’s experiences, believing the self or others to be inadequate, guilty, or undeserving, and making comparisons, are just a few examples of judgement. Love and judgement cannot coexist. Only one of these is active at any given moment. Forgiveness is the means to the relinquishment of judgement. When we truly forgive, we do so at the level of the mind where it is needed, since all arises from the mind. By forgiving the self, another person, or a situation, we are not indicating that a specific behavior or action is ok, but rather we see through the illusion of the world and its seeming separate identities and stories, to the love that is truly there beyond all form. The non-dualistic spiritual principles of A Course in Miracles teaches that the path to inner peace and love is through this true form of forgiveness. All are innocent, and only the love that we are, is real. We can always, at any moment, make the choice to love, and abandon judgement. Everyone is doing the best they can based on their state of awareness about who they really are. Those who lack self-love and are unhappy deep down, can extend to others only what they feel for themselves and what they believe to be true. Forgiveness though, does not mean that one should tolerate or be subjected to the unloving nature of a situation or behavior of another. A very helpful tool that you can use is to bring your conscious awareness outside the illusion/world and to perceive a situation as an observer looking in. This makes it easier to detach from a situation and bring your awareness to the stillness within. Like watching a movie, you observe the characters with relatively no strong attachment. Taking such a perspective when observing the stories happening in your life, results in a greater understanding and compassion for the various characters. Spirit, our inner teacher of peace, always assists with forgiveness, we just need to ask. Our true essence is light, free, and unconditional love. Forgiveness uplifts your vibration and permanently disconnects you from suffering. Nothing on the level of form, outside of the mind, needs to be done, unless there is specific guidance from Spirit to do so. Forgiveness and commitment to the daily practice of non-judgement accelerates the undoing of the ego, which cannot survive without judgement. Forgiveness is an act of nurturing unconditional self-love. Forgiving another is really forgiving yourself. When the painful life stories and characters are forgiven, whatever was based on divine, unconditional love, always remains. Those that were not rooted in divine love naturally fall away on their own. This creates an opening for more of that which is based on love to come into your life. In Oneness,

Exactly as you are right now. You are a magnificent, bright, shining, light! There is nothing that you nor I need to fix about ourselves. Awakening isn’t about becoming something, but rather shifting the perception of who we believe we are, and accepting and simply being the true divine light that we inherently are. We are as God created us. Perfect, whole, and complete. And like God, our true Self has no lack, limitation nor flaws. We may have forgotten for awhile who we really are, but this has not changed our true essence. In a way, it is like amnesia that comes over us when we emerge into this time/space dream world causing us to forget our true self. And then the time comes when we begin to remember. Perhaps glimpses at first. Then the more that we remember, the more our light becomes evident to us. The veil that was simply cloaking, but never diminishing the light, then becomes thinner. Removing any blocks to the awareness and appreciation that your true Self is already perfect, divine love is what is key, so that you can just be and express your true magnificent Self. When I began to change my perception of who I was, which is the same as who we all are, a great sense of freedom followed. It was also a much more empowering way of perception, knowing that I didn’t have to change myself or become anything different. There was nothing wrong with me. I just needed to be who I already truly am. God created us as the perfect light that we are, have always been, and will always be, and so we don’t need to change this. We just need to align to our true essence and embrace our magnificence. The blocks which are the false beliefs about the self, are like layers of debris or dust that cloak an eternal, bright, radiant, light. There may be a thick or thin layer covering this light, but that doesn’t matter. As each layer is removed, the veil of debris becomes thinner and the light which has always been there, shines through and becomes more visible. And the more layers that are removed, the easier and quicker it is for the remaining ones to be removed. What is important is the willingness for the layers to be lifted away. Sometimes people worry that it is too much work, that they are too old to let go of old beliefs, or are even fearful to discover how amazing they are. They give up and don’t allow the miracle to occur. However, once one is willing to remove the layers, that gives Spirit the permission to assist the process and it opens the door to alignment to one’s true magnificence. You are love and are completely loved by the Divine. Are you ready to recognize this and fully embrace the magnificence that you are? Article published in the current August issue of Sibyl Magazine: For the Spirit and Soul of Woman. In Oneness,
Maya Bringas ~Freedom comes when you remember the magnificence of who you really are~ If you enjoy these empowering articles, please share them with those who may be interested in the content. Sharing is both a blessing to others and to ourselves. Your true essence is the unconditional love of Source. That is what you are. What we all are as we are One with Source. There is no separate you nor I, for we are united together as One being, One light, One child of Source. The love of Source is always unconditional. There is never any judgement, nor condemnation. You have always been and forever are so dearly and completely loved. Source knows only the divine Truth of who you are which is LOVE. When you judge yourself or something or someone else, your perception is not based on divine spiritual Truth. Such judgement needs to be lovingly and gently released so that true perception is revealed. Only love is real. Anything that is not based on unconditional love is not, because Source (and you), are only unconditional love. It is so vital to be loving, kind, gentle, patient, and compassionate with yourself. As you do, you embody your true divine essence and enable the falsities to fall away. All done with more ease and grace as you nurture your well-being with love along the way. See yourself and everything in your world as Source sees all. See with LOVE. When you do, you see past the false illusions of the ego’s fear to what is really there. Peace, love, unity, harmony. See everyone as the divine light that they are and you honor and affirm to yourself the divine light that you are. “Child of Light, you know not that the light is in you. Yet you will find it through it’s witnesses, for having given light to them they will return it. Each one you see in light brings your light closer to your awareness. Love always leads to love.” A Course in Miracles (T-13.VI.10:1-4). You can connect with your sacred heart within daily to align to the divine love that you are. The following exercise will help you to really feel and embody this love. Place your hands on your heart chakra in the center of your chest. Close your eyes and take a few slow, deep, gentle breaths. As you breathe in, allow your belly to expand outwards as you affirm to yourself in your mind, or aloud, “I AM the love that flows in through me.” And as you exhale, draw your belly inwards and affirm, “I AM the love that flows out through me.” Feel the connection with your sacred heart within as this loving energy expands. Continue breathing in and out with these affirmations until you feel immersed with this glorious love that resides within your sacred heart. You are a beacon of love. You are nourishing your whole being with your divine love as you also extend it out into your world. Close this exercise by affirming, “I AM Love, I AM Love, I AM Love.” You can start each morning with this short exercise, to help you to stay centered in your heart throughout the day. In Oneness and Light,
Maya Bringas ~Freedom comes when you remember the magnificence of who you really are~ Be sure to try the exercise at the end of the article to align with your sacred heart and true divine essence which is LOVE! I enjoy doing it daily and it is a simple and wonderful way to stay aligned to the divine love that we are throughout the day. Feel free to share your experience using the exercise in the comments section below. This article was published in the February 2018 issue of Sibyl Magazine: For the Spirit and Soul of Woman. If you enjoy these empowering articles, please share them with those who may be interested in the content. Sharing is both a blessing to others and to ourselves. Here are Ten Ways... 1. Stop all criticism of yourself. Accept and approve of yourself as the MAGNIFICENT being of love and light that you truly are. Make the decision to no longer judge yourself, but instead appreciate yourself. 2. Forgive yourself. You are doing the best you can. Let the past go and FREE yourself. When you forgive yourself, you release the suffering and choose peace for yourself. 3. Be nurturing, compassionate and gentle with yourself. Don’t scold yourself, but treat your beautiful self with kindness and care. People are often harsh on themselves and find it much easier to be loving and kind to others. Treat yourself the way you would your dearest friend or a loved one. 4. Place your hand on your heart and feel your heartbeat. Connect with your physical heart and feel its LOVE. Then tell your heart I Love You. Do this everyday. Beginning each morning doing this is a wonderful practice to send love to your beautiful sacred heart and whole being. 5. Do activities that bring you JOY! Make time daily to do things that make your heart sing. Even with a busy schedule, you can always make a little time to have fun. If you feel you just don’t have time in your daily schedule, then you really need to make time to do this! And as you do, you nurture, support, and bring joy to your inner child. 6. Nourish your mind with supportive thoughts about yourself. Praise yourself often throughout the day. Give yourself the encouragement you need. 7. Don’t scare yourself. Perfect love casts out fear. If fear exists, Then there is not perfect love But: Only perfect love exists. If there is fear, It produces a state that does not exist. Believe this and you will be free. ~A Course In Miracles I-VI-V It is with love and gratitude, that I feel inspired to write about and share a few deeply profound experiences, including healing, that I’ve had with the blessed Mother Mary, as she is available and ready to assist anyone who calls upon her for assistance. Whether it be for healing, inspiration, upliftment, guidance, a boost in self-love, or inner peace, she helps all. She loves all unconditionally and her gentle, healing love is so nurturing and powerful. She can help you with any aspect of your life if you so choose to ask for her loving support. Just to share a little about myself, Mother Mary has been a guiding light in my life since I was a child. I have always felt close to her as so many do around the globe. Mother Mary represents the Divine Mother and she is a mother to all people and all life. And as such, she can always come to our immediate aid for divine support. When we connect with the Divine Mother, we connect with the aspect of our own selves that is unconditionally loving, nurturing, compassionate, and understanding. We connect to the love that is within each of us, which is our true healer. My first healing from Mother Mary that I recall, was an experience that occurred over twenty years ago. Doreen Virtue, a best-selling, inspirational and spiritual author and teacher, who has written over fifty books mostly on the topic of angels, wrote about a couple of my experiences in her beautiful book titled, “Mary Queen of Angels,” that was published in 2012. I share an excerpt here from the book, of an experience I had, to illustrate an example of Mother Mary's healing power. “Any loving parent would want her children to be immediately comforted, so Mother Mary’s healings are often instantaneous. When Maya Bringas asked Mary to heal away her pain, her prayer was immediately answered: Maya has had several experiences with Mother Mary that touched her. For instance, many years ago, when she was about 20, she woke up with severe pains in her lower abdomen. It was like nothing she’d ever experienced before; she was in agony. Since it was the middle of the night, she didn’t want to get up and disturb her parents, so she stayed in bed. At that time, Maya kept a small statue of Mother Mary on her bedside table, so she touched the statue, asking for the pain to go away. She then started to place her hands in various positions on her abdominal area. After just a few minutes, the pain completely disappeared! She was then able to fall back to sleep. The next morning, Maya told her parents what had happened, and also went to the doctor to check things out, even though she had no discomfort. The doctor explained that it was menstrual cramps, something Maya had never experienced before the previous night, which is why she was so confused what was happening with her body. That day Maya bought some carnations and placed them on her altar at home as an offering to Mother Mary to thank her for healing her pain. It truly was a miracle, and she was so grateful to the Blessed Mother! It’s been about 15 or so years since that night, and she has never experienced cramps like that again. She knows that Mother Mary is always with her, protecting and guiding her.” As Doreen explains in her lovely book, Mother Mary is always available to us to provide us with sweet and gentle nurturing support, not only with physical issues, but with emotional or any sort of issues we need help with. We need only call upon the beloved Mother for assistance and she will come to our aid. And as we do, we are calling upon and requesting alignment to the loving, divine feminine energy, that lies within each of us (both females and males) to provide the nurturing support we require. When we take a little time to go inwards and quiet the mind and connect with the stillness that resides within, we connect with our Higher Holy Spirit Self. And it is here that we receive the guidance and assistance required to assist us for our healing and alignment. Several years ago, in 2000, I was visiting an aunt in France with my parents and we travelled to the sacred town called Lourdes in the south of France. It is such a beautiful, small town, nestled in the Pyrenees Mountains. Lourdes is very sacred place where Mother Mary appeared to a young girl named Bernadette eighteen times over several months in 1858. Mother Mary asked Bernadette to dig in a specific area in the ground and soon after water began flowing there. This water is holy water and many miracles of healing have been reported. Millions of people travel there each year. When I was there, it was still a few years before I knew or learned about energy healing etc. However, one does not need to know details about energy, in order to feel and experience the powerful sacred energy. I remember as I touched the grotto walls and felt the flowing water in my hands, the powerful energy that filled my being. It was an amazing experience. Mother Mary is an Ascended Master that we may call upon for assistance, guidance, and healing. “There are those who have reached God directly, retaining no trace of worldly limits and remembering their own Identity perfectly. These might be called the Teachers of teachers because although they are no longer visible, their image can yet be called upon. And they will appear when and where it is helpful for them to do so. To those to whom such appearances would be frightening, they give their ideas. No one can call on them in vain. Nor is there anyone of whom they are unaware. All needs are known to them, and all mistakes are recognized and overlooked by them.” ~ A Course in Miracles (Manual for Teachers, 26.2). I call upon Mother Mary daily to guide and assist me. In the past few years, when I had experienced physical distress (with gratitude I am now fine as the issue has resolved) I called upon the Blessed Mother immediately to intervene. And each time, I received assistance. I knew that her energy was present, enveloping me in her sacred healing light of love. There were times when I experienced pain and after laying down and calling upon her, she assisted with returning calm to the mind and the discomfort subsided. I was able to drift off to sleep. Upon waking the pain was gone. These were healing miracles. I normally do not discuss that journey of healing that experience with others, as it is not who I AM, is over, and is no longer part of my vibration. Each experience we go through in life is there to teach us something about ourselves and to help realign us to who we really are, our true divine essence. I have only chosen to share a little of that experience now, to perhaps offer a little upliftment and hope to anyone who may be feeling disheartened, afraid, or going through a challenging time, to know that you are never alone. Release your fears to the divine. You always have the loving support of the divine ready and joyfully awaiting to offer help at anytime. The divine resides no further than within your own sacred heart. Mother Mary is also wonderful to call upon to assist with issues of self-love, forgiveness, grief, sadness, and self-empowerment. You can ask her to help with healing and/or further expansion of your heart center (chakra) and inner light so that you may live aligned to your heart. Or simply call upon her or ask her to come to you during meditation/quiet contemplation to receive her loving energies and be open to receive her light! Don't be surprised if you experience waves of loving energy being infused into your heart center and whole being when you do. Ask and you shall receive in the perfect way that is best for you. As mentioned, Mother Mary is available to assist anyone and everyone. One does not need to have specific spiritual or religious beliefs. Unconditional love, which is what she is and represents is open to all! I wanted to share some of my experiences at this time because she has been and continues to be a very important part on my path. For me, she has been one, if not the most, powerful healing light in my life. I am forever grateful for her loving support, healing miracles, guidance, and blessings. And I hope that by having shared my experiences, you know that the loving and healing power of Mother Mary is always available to you too. You just need call upon her and ask for her guidance and support. And she will be with you. She already is because she is a part of all of us. The loving, nurturing mother, the divine feminine energy, resides within us all. In Oneness and Light, Maya PS. Have you had an experience or felt a deep connection to Mother Mary? SIX SIMPLE WAYS TO SUPPORT THE NATURAL FLOW OF HEALING WITHIN FOR IMPROVED HEALTH AND WELL-BEING4/4/2016 Often times when any health challenges arise, it is the body’s way of trying to give you a deeper message. Often the message is that there is something in your consciousness that is not in alignment with your inner truth and it is surfacing so that it may be noticed and healed. Your body is likely asking you to let go of all the busyness and worries and to take time to nurture and connect with your inner self. The health issue is then forcing a person to relax in order to heal. If you are experiencing a health challenge you can choose to look at it as an opportunity to make any necessary, positive changes in your life that your body is guiding you to make. Taking this type of approach will assist you with empowering your health. Releasing the resistance to the natural flow of well-being within is key. Well-being is always available because you are always connected to Source Energy within. Healing happens within and through you rather than externally. Healing is alignment with well-being. The following are a few methods that support the natural flow of healing within. 1. Live In The Present Moment. Do your best to remain in the present moment. The NOW moment is where you will ever be in any given time so place your attention here. This will help to release any worries about the future and keep from being stuck in the past. Focussing on your breath, quieting the mind, being aware of the ever-flowing energy of Source within, will instantly bring you clarity of mind and keep you in the present moment. Taking several moments to focus on your breath and stilling the mind throughout your day, especially when any tension arises, will bring you to your place of power within. 2. Envision your body having optimal health right now. Whatever your current state of health, visualize/imagine exactly how you want it to be and how you want to FEEL. Make this your focus. For example, if you are currently experiencing any pain, visualize and allow yourself to FEEL what it would be like for your whole body to be relaxed without any pain or discomfort. Or if mobility is an issue, visualize yourself doing an activity that you love, moving with complete ease and comfort. And again FEEL how it would be like to be doing these things and the great joy and sense of freedom it would bring you. What are other feelings that you’d experience if you no longer had the health condition? It is the FEELING aspect that it is most important because it is our feelings that create our experiences. Taking a few minutes a day to sit quietly/meditate and visualize and FEEL your body functioning optimally is such a powerful exercise. If there is a specific organ that is experiencing distress, bring your inner attention to that area and visualize it working optimally right now like there was never a problem there. Interestingly, the subconscious mind does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. So this again points out the power on doing such an exercise regularly. Visualize all the cells of your body in perfect health. Visualize/intend that each of your cells is being infused with LOVE. If you are concerned about the health of another person, you would do the same thing, but visualize him/her how you would want to see that person and the health condition already healed. 3. Release any beliefs that are not in alignment with the Truth of who you are. In Truth, you are One with Source Energy which is all-powerful and you have all resources within. If you feel helpless or like a victim because the health condition is genetic or notice that you are blaming another for your health or happiness then you are giving away your power. This could also be a subconscious deservability issue in that you may feel you don’t deserve optimal health because it runs in the family. With such health conditions, often times it is actually the emotional/mental pattern of a condition that is passed on through the generations. For example, you may share the same tendency to worry, over-analyze, or deal with stress in the same manner as your parents. However, by shifting the pattern, the physical manifestation will automatically be shifted as well. If you do have any such beliefs simply let them go. Ask your inner self to help you to release these beliefs permanently. It is important to return the focus back to you and choose what brings you the most peace. 4. Be aware of what you tell yourself and others about your health. The physical body responds to everything that you think and say about yourself. The body is made up of about 70% water and easily absorbs the messages/vibrations that it receives. Be mindful of what messages you are giving your body. Just observe, without any self-judgement, the thoughts that arise in your mind and the words you speak, and then simply choose to let go of those that are not nurturing. Instead choose those that are loving, supportive, and nurturing to your health/well-being. It is important to just observe and stay detached from them as they are only thoughts and not who you are. As such, they can be released/changed. Sometimes a person may develop a strong attachment to a health condition and make it part of his/her identity. In such a case, rather than seeing the condition as something they are currently experiencing, they think of it as something that they are. This can create a sense of hopelessness/disempowerment. It is also important to be mindful of what one states aloud and as a result is reinforcing about one's health. Thinking and speaking about how you want your health to be, rather than on what it is you don't want, gives the body a totally different message that promotes positive change and healing support. It promotes the natural flow of well-being within rather than resisting/blocking the possibility of healing with limiting beliefs. Nourish your body with uplifting, positive thoughts and statements so that it knows that you are now open to improved health/well-being and solutions. This will automatically shift/raise the vibrational frequency of your thoughts and mind and open the door to healthy change. Take a moment each day to bless your body. Give thanks to your body for being the temple for your beautiful and divine spirit. Thank it for all that it does and supporting you on your life’s journey. 5. Surround yourself with positive, loving and supportive people. It is important to be around people who help to uplift your spirit and that will be supportive of any healthy and positive changes you are making in your life. It is also perfectly fine to take more quiet time for yourself as needed. As you continue to grow and move forward on your path, your ideas and beliefs may often change along the way. Therefore, you may feel that certain situations, people, or places no longer resonate with your new ways of being. This is all normal and part of the process. Allow those things that are no longer resonating with you to simply fall away. This will then automatically create an energetic space in which new opportunities, people, and situations that are a match for your new vibration to enter your life. 6. Have an attitude of gratitude each day. When you first awake in the morning, take a few moments to give thanks for all the blessings in your life. For example, as you lay in bed be thankful for the simple things like the fresh air you are breathing and your comfy bed. Be grateful for your life, knowing that you have the power within to create the reality you wish to experience. Think of a few things and throughout the day try to stay in an attitude of gratitude. Gratitude has the same vibration as love. And when you can focus on the good things as they arise, then your inner spirit/universe will bring you even more such things that give you joy, pleasure and that which you are grateful for. Always be gentle, kind, and loving to yourself! "Love is the great miracle cure. Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives." ~ Louise Hay Peace and blessings, Maya |
