New Sacred Gemstone Jewelry: Beautiful sterling silver gemstone pendants that have also been anointed by Maya with sacred water from Lourdes France. Lourdes is a beautiful, small town, nestled in the Pyrenees Mountains in the south of France. Millions of people travel to this sacred pilgrimage site each year from around the globe. Lourdes is a very sacred place where Mother Mary appeared to a young girl named Bernadette eighteen times over several months in 1858. Mother Mary asked Bernadette to dig in a specific area in the ground and soon after water began flowing there and has continued since. The water from the site is holy water and many miracles have been reported by visitors to Lourdes. Mother Mary represents the energy of the Divine Mother--unconditional love--and so this energy is available to everyone, no matter one’s belief system.
