For each of the 7 days of the challenge, you will be receiving an email with that day's practice to help cultivate and boost self-love. By integrating these daily practices, you will gain greater insight and awareness of your inner mindscape.
Each day will focus on a specific theme/idea and you will be given a practice to use throughout the day.
