BE THE PEACE GLOBAL MEDITATION

Join Maya and others across the world on Wednesday March 6th, 2019 for this Be the Peace Global Meditation. You can participate in this event from wherever you are located and at any time on this date that is convenient for you. There is great power when many people join together with the same intention, such as inner peace. Connect deeply with and experience the peace that you already inherently are. By being peace, you become an instrument of peace and a truly helpful healing presence in the world. Let us join together as peace and as it is extended to all on the planet, a harmonious wave of love and peace is sent to all of humanity, the animal and plant kingdoms, all life forms, and Mother Earth.

By changing our mind about how we look at the world (which is an outer picture of our inner state of mind), all shifts automatically on its own. Be peace, and you will experience and see peace. Our own inner peace facilitates a peaceful perception of the world, which inevitably brings peaceful transformation and healing to the world. All minds are joined and one. So let us focus on our inner peace.
Suggested Ways to Participate
These are only suggestions, for anyone who may want some guidance on how to participate, and to help still the mind and connect with and ground to the peace that resides within. You may adjust to what works for you, however, keep the same intention/focus to being and experiencing the peace that is within.
*Find a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed for the duration of the meditation and can fully relax. Close your eyes and begin to take a few slow, deep, gentle breaths.
*Place your hands on your vibrational heart center in the middle of your chest and spend some moments connecting with the eternal, divine essence that you are, that we all are (beyond all form/identification), divine love. Then in your mind or aloud affirm/state the following. As you breathe in affirm, “I AM the Love that flows in through me.” And exhale with, “I AM the Love that flows out through me.” Do this 3 times or more, until you really feel the magnificent, divine love that you are and the deep peace that you hold within. Then affirm, “I AM Love,” 3 times. You are this divine LOVE. Feel the love and peace radiating from your beautiful sacred heart. Peace is your natural state of being.
*Now centered in the awareness of what you are (love/peace), imagine/visualize in your mind, radiant, divine golden light filling your heart center, then expanding outwards, and filling and surrounding your whole being. This divine light of love, peace, and harmony, then radiates and extends outwards to fill the entire room or space you are in. Then visualize it continuing to extend outwards to fill the entire city where you live, then the whole country, and finally immersing the whole planet and universe. Spend some quiet time in this space of blissful stillness and inner peace. You are the light of the world and the love and peace that you are and that you are experiencing in the present moment, is now being extended to all minds, to all people, animals, plants, and to all life on the planet, Mother Earth, and the whole universe. This happens on its own automatically, there is nothing you need to do. Another beautiful affirmation you may want to use at this time is, “My holiness blesses the world,” which is from one of the daily workbook lessons in A Course in Miracles. You are forever, a divine, innocent, perfect, pure, whole, holy child that is one with Source and your holiness blesses the entire world. You can repeat it a few times if you so choose, and then continue to enjoy this time of silence and inner stillness.
*Suggested time for participating in the meditation is about 20 minutes (or longer if you wish).
*I recommend incorporating the above techniques into your daily routine. Doing them each morning is a wonderful way to start your day centered to your true magnificence of divine unconditional love. They will also help you to stay centered to the peace within throughout the day. There is also an empowering guided meditation that I previously recorded, "The Return Home to Source Guided Meditation--Awaken to Your True Divine Self," that assists with experiencing on a very deep level, and aligning to, the unconditional love of Source within. You may enjoy listening to this meditation regularly or whenever you feel the inner guidance to do so, and it is another spiritual tool that you can use to connect deeply to the peace and love within. It can be listened to by clicking here. See the world with the vision of your true Self and holiness and you see the world through divine Truth. You then bless yourself, and everyone and everything in the world. And you experience life with deeper meaning, purpose, and from the awareness of who you really are.
Sacred light frequencies of peace, divine love, and harmony will also be sent to all participating in this event. Many Divine Beings of Light (Archangels, Ascended Masters) are sending divine frequencies of Love and Light via these meditations to support and assist mankind and Mother Earth.

You may like to have some water handy to drink after the meditation. Water helps with clarity of the mind and is very beneficial for the body so drinking lots of water is a sound practice to incorporate into your daily routine. You can also bless your drinking water. Learn how to do this for yourself, children, animals/pets and also how to bless all bodies of water on the planet, bathing water, and the mind and body, with divine unconditional love.
