HeartMath®
The HeartMath® System was developed by the HeartMath® Institute, which since 1991, has conducted extensive scientific research on the psychophysiology of stress, emotions, and interactions between the heart and brain.
Stress is when the body is out of balance and it affects people emotionally, mentally, and physically. Chronic stress can also lead to or aggravate many health issues.
The HeartMath System uses scientifically validated techniques and tools to help individuals reduce and manage stress effectively, build emotional and mental self-regulation and improve well-being.
