Differentiating Between Intuition and the Ego

11/1/2018

Our intuition is guidance from the Higher Spirit Self. The mind has two parts/thought systems. Spirit is one and is the voice of love. Spirit knows only our divine Truth that we are perfect love and that only love is real. The other part of the mind, the ego, is illusory. The ego is not an entity nor a thing, but rather just the idea that we are separate from our Source. Its thought system is fear-based and is totally flawed as we are not separate from Source. The ego is the inner critic/false self which judges everyone and everything. Abundance, unity, and wholeness are part of Spirit’s thought system. Lack, separation, and limitation are part of the ego’s thought system.

Since the part of the mind we choose to follow at any given moment effects how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world, listening to Spirit’s guidance (our intuition) enables us to experience and enjoy life from Spirit’s true vision of peace, love, non-judgement, harmony, and freedom.

How do you know if specific thoughts and ideas in your mind are guidance from Spirit or the ego? When they are from Spirit, they are loving, gentle, kind, and uplifting in nature. Any guidance that Spirit offers always result in positive outcomes for our well-being and anyone else concerned. Spirit gives us solutions on how to forgive and eliminate fear and judgement, and brings us clarity. We may feel a burst of joy when we receive inspiring ideas. If the thoughts and ideas are unloving, judgemental, or condemn anyone including the self, then they are from the ego.

The guidance received from Spirit may not always necessarily be what one wants to hear at the time. If there are expectations of what it should be, to match what you think you want, this is judgement and a control mechanism of the ego. If Spirit’s guidance is then ignored, it may lead to some confusion and doubt.

If unsure if the guidance is from Spirit or the ego, you can ask for clarification from Spirit and wait awhile. Let go of thinking about it for some time and to clear the mind, trusting that Spirit will bring you the clarification in divine timing. When we spend time being in silence and the mind becomes still, the intuitive guidance comes through clearly. Also, Spirit’s guidance will most likely stay the same a few days later, but that from the ego can change, even often.

We have so many thoughts that arise in the mind each day. Each moment, we always have the choice which inner voice to listen to. When I made the choice to listen to and follow only Spirit and have stayed committed to doing so everyday, the voice of the ego became much weaker. Like a muscle that gets stronger when we exercise it, when we are dedicated to listening to and following our intuition, the stronger our communication with Spirit and it becomes our clear, dominant, guiding light.

The Power of Stillness in Conversation

10/1/2018

The Power of Stillness in Conversation, by Maya Bringas
There is great power in the quiet stillness within. I was recently listening to an audio lecture by Eckhart Tolle, that reminded me that we are truly helpful to others and ourselves when we remain in our place of inner stillness/presence, whenever we have conversations with others. It seems to be human nature, that when one person in a conversation is speaking, the other may be thinking about how to respond rather than letting the mind be still and fully present. The listener brings the mind out of the now moment, and listening with the ego instead of presence/Spirit, becomes focussed on the future response.

When the mind is still, any thoughts/words that arise from the part of the mind where Spirit dwells, rather than our own mind, is always most truly helpful. Sometimes no thoughts/words arise. In any case, there is always an underlying energy of peace, whether the form of Spirit’s response is through words to offer another or simply stillness. Words are but symbols anyway.

In any situation, whether it be for example, having a conversation with a friend, or a more challenging conversation with someone who is triggered by or acting from an internal unhappiness or upset, whatever the other person is communicating, listening with the non-judgement of Spirit is important. There were some challenging conversations I had in the past where I was at a loss for words. Afterwards, I would often be self-critical for not speaking up for myself or knowing what to communicate at the time. I later came to the realization that in such situations, others were just projecting their own unconscious beliefs about themselves and nothing really had to do with me. We are not responsible for the behavior of others, but are for our perception, and our response (be it verbal or just within the mind). And not making the unreal/illusions (the world and what happens in it) real in the mind. With that insight from Spirit, and a change in perception to seeing through the various forms to the true innocence in all, it was liberating to release the self-judgement and not take things personally, and become more the observer, or awareness, in conversations.

We don’t need to know what to say or do, when we let Spirit take charge. We can let go. I find this very comforting and freeing when I remind myself of this and each morning I ask Spirit to be in charge of my thoughts, actions, and day. We don’t have the best answers, but Spirit always does. When we listen mindfully with Spirit, it changes the way we experience conversations. When we are in our place of inner stillness, Spirit can then fully express through us. There is no attachment to outcomes nor a need to have others understand our views. There is no ego involvement. It is important to see each person that comes into our life experience, as the perfect, whole, innocent, divine light that they truly are. Everyone with the same source of wisdom and tools within. In another type of scenario, if you are in the company of or have a conversation with someone who is going through a difficult time, the best gift you can offer is presence. Spirit may or may not offer words for you to verbalize or ideas to act upon. When you join with Spirit’s peace and you perceive the other in his/her true perfection, the peace and well-being extends to that person. All minds are joined. That may be all that is needed to be a truly helpful support in that moment.

The following is a beautiful passage from A Course in Miracles. I have a copy of the quote printed and on my fridge, and it is a wonderful reminder that all is taken care of when we let Spirit, our Inner Teacher of Peace, take charge.

"I am here only to be truly helpful.
I am here to represent Him Who sent me.
I do not have to worry about what to say or what to do,
because He Who sent me will direct me.
I am content to be wherever He wishes, knowing He goes there with me.
I will be healed as I let Him teach me to heal."

Forgiveness Sets You Free

8/30/2018

Forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves and it sets us free. When we choose forgiveness, we release the past, and can enjoy living in the eternal now.

Judgement takes many forms. Blaming others or the self for one’s experiences, believing the self or others to be inadequate, guilty, or undeserving, and making comparisons, are just a few examples of judgement. Love and judgement cannot coexist. Only one of these is active at any given moment. Forgiveness is the means to the relinquishment of judgement.

When we truly forgive, we do so at the level of the mind where it is needed, since all arises from the mind. By forgiving the self, another person, or a situation, we are not indicating that a specific behavior or action is ok, but rather we see through the illusion of the world and its seeming separate identities and stories, to the love that is truly there beyond all form. The non-dualistic spiritual principles of A Course in Miracles teaches that the path to inner peace and love is through this true form of forgiveness. All are innocent, and only the love that we are, is real.

We can always, at any moment, make the choice to love, and abandon judgement. Everyone is doing the best they can based on their state of awareness about who they really are. Those who lack self-love and are unhappy deep down, can extend to others only what they feel for themselves and what they believe to be true. Forgiveness though, does not mean that one should tolerate or be subjected to the unloving nature of a situation or behavior of another.

A very helpful tool that you can use is to bring your conscious awareness outside the illusion/world and to perceive a situation as an observer looking in. This makes it easier to detach from a situation and bring your awareness to the stillness within. Like watching a movie, you observe the characters with relatively no strong attachment. Taking such a perspective when observing the stories happening in your life, results in a greater understanding and compassion for the various characters.

Spirit, our inner teacher of peace, always assists with forgiveness, we just need to ask. Our true essence is light, free, and unconditional love. Forgiveness uplifts your vibration and permanently disconnects you from suffering. Nothing on the level of form, outside of the mind, needs to be done, unless there is specific guidance from Spirit to do so. Forgiveness and commitment to the daily practice of non-judgement accelerates the undoing of the ego, which cannot survive without judgement.

Forgiveness is an act of nurturing unconditional self-love. Forgiving another is really forgiving yourself. When the painful life stories and characters are forgiven, whatever was based on divine, unconditional love, always remains. Those that were not rooted in divine love naturally fall away on their own. This creates an opening for more of that which is based on love to come into your life.

PS. The tool I mention in this article in which you bring your mind's awareness outside of the world/illusion is also very helpful in other types of situations. For example, if you are experiencing any discomfort, anxiety, or other forms of distress. It assists with mindfully stepping outside of a situation and bringing your awareness to your true eternal home with Source, where all is well. In this space (outside the level of form and where you are forever One with Source) only perfect peace, love, stillness, and well-being exists. Connecting with your true essence in this manner, and by being the observer of a particular situation, helps to return equilibrium to the physical form. Use the breath at the same time. Breathing slowly, gently, and deeply into the body assists with bringing soothing comfort and calm to the mind, and in turn brings gentle release and tranquility to all aspects of the physical body. This powerful exercise also helps to feel more grounded. If you work with or attuned to any vibrational therapies like Metatronia Therapy®, incorporating it with this exercise when any distress is experienced, can bring additional support for quicker relief, healing, and re-alignment to your true Self.

Unveil Your Magnificence!

8/4/2018

Do you know how magnificent you are? Exactly as you are right now. You are a magnificent, bright, shining, light! There is nothing that you nor I need to fix about ourselves. Awakening isn’t about becoming something, but rather shifting the perception of who we believe we are, and accepting and simply being the true divine light that we inherently are.

We are as God created us. Perfect, whole, and complete. And like God, our true self has no lack, limitation nor flaws. We may have forgotten for awhile who we really are, but this has not changed our true essence. In a way, it is like amnesia that comes over us when we emerge into this time/space dream world causing us to forget our true self. And then the time comes when we begin to remember. Perhaps glimpses at first. Then the more that we remember, the more our light becomes evident to us. The veil that was simply cloaking, but never diminishing the light, then becomes thinner.

Removing any blocks to the awareness and appreciation that your true self is already perfect, divine love is what is key, so that you can just be and express your true magnificent self. When I began to change my perception of who I was, which is the same as who we all are, a great sense of freedom followed. It was also a much more empowering way of perceiving the self knowing that I didn’t have to change myself or become anything different. There was nothing wrong with me. I just needed to be who I already truly was. God created us as the perfect light that we are, have always been, and will always be, and so we don’t need to change this. We just need to align to our true essence and embrace our magnificence.

The blocks which are the false beliefs about the self, are like layers of debris or dust that cloak an eternal, bright, radiant, light. There may be a thick or thin layer covering this light, but that doesn’t matter. As each layer is removed, the veil of debris becomes thinner and the light which has always been there, shines through and becomes more visible. And the more layers that are removed, the easier and quicker it is for the remaining ones to be removed.

What is important is the willingness for the layers to be lifted away. Sometimes people worry that it is too much work, that they are too old to let go of old beliefs, or are even fearful to discover how amazing they are. They give up and don’t allow the miracle to occur. However, once one is willing to remove the layers, that gives Spirit the permission to assist the process and it opens the door to alignment to one’s true magnificence.

You are love and are completely loved by the Divine. Are you ready to recognize this and fully embrace the magnificence that you are?

Are You Feeding the Fear?

7/12/2018

Are You Feeding the Fear? By Maya Bringas
There is such a wide variety of information and ideas so readily and easily accessible to us especially with today’s technology. It can feel like information overload. I like to keep an open mind when presented with new information and ideas. At the same time, I have learned how vital it is to observe if the information resonates with me on a deep level and to listen to my inner guidance/Spirit to best support and assist me on my path. In other words, if it is aligned to our perfect and eternal Oneness with Source or not.

For some time up until a few years ago, I was interested in reading many books and gathering a information on various topics of interest. Some of these included spirituality and holistic health/nutrition/healing. Within these were topics such as genetically-modified foods, EMFs (electromagnetic fields), and spiritual protection (protecting/guarding the aura/body’s energy field). What I came to eventually realize, was that some of the information and teachings I was coming across, although seemingly helpful on the surface, was on a deeper level, capable of creating beliefs based in fear.

With the assistance of my connection/work with the Metatronia Therapy® vibration/light and as a dedicated student of A Course in Miracles, I came to the deep inner realization that accepting specific societal beliefs, such as the need to avoid certain types of foods because they could be harmful, or the need to protect from various external energies and influences, was not helpful, but rather creating a sense of fear. Such ideas were creating and instilling a belief and sense of vulnerability, which I didn’t have before doing that research and learning. And so my inner guidance let me know that it was important to unlearn the information that I had gained from some of the popular spiritual/self-help/health books that created fear.

“Resistance is about believing that you are vulnerable or susceptible to something not wanted and holding a stance of protection-- which only holds you in a place of not letting in the Well-being that would be there otherwise.” ~Abraham-Hicks
Everything in the universe is vibrational. Thoughts and beliefs are vibrational. It seems in the collective consciousness, there is a focus on, and push against that which is not wanted in the world rather than a focus on that which is wanted. There is a push against pollution, dis-ease, war, different political and religious views, the food industry, and the long list of the unwanted goes on. There is less focus on what is actually wanted which includes well-being, health, peace, unity, harmony, love, etc. Worrying about or focussing on trying to change what is external to the self though, can lead to a sense of disempowerment or feeling vulnerable or  like a victim to the outside world. It feeds the fear of the ego/false self and separation consciousness.
“I was once asked why I don't participate in anti-war demonstrations. I said that I will never do that, but as soon as you have a pro-peace rally, I'll be there.” ~Mother Theresa
What I recognized is that the only thing that matters is our own personal vibration/alignment. In other words, rather than examining, guarding against, or trying to change anything external, looking within and aligning to our true self/Source is key.
Whatever we believe, we make true for ourselves and it therefore can effect us on various levels (physical, emotional/mental/spiritual).
How we choose to perceive ourselves and the world is so important. Source, which we have never been separated from, is invulnerable and so we too are truly invulnerable.

Nourishing the self by feeding it with high-vibrating thoughts is what is important. That is, with thoughts that are self-empowering and aligned to who we really are. Also, holding onto fear-based beliefs can inadvertently open the door to possible situations in which a sense of vulnerability may be experienced. That is because whatever the focus of attention is placed upon, whether it is wanted or unwanted, is called forward to us and becomes active in our vibration. We bring to us that which is a vibrational match to us. Like vibrations attract the like. It's the law of attraction.

We are divine light. We can be nothing less as our true self is part of Source. Source is not weak therefore, how could we be anything less than strong, powerful, infinite, perfect, and eternal? It isn’t possible. The more that I began to perceive myself as strong, invulnerable, and as the radiant, divine light that we all are, a deep sense of self-empowerment followed. The fear was replaced with inner strength. I have since then also felt grounded in the light and living from the awareness of the true self. When our thoughts and beliefs are aligned to who we really are, our Oneness with Source, and by simply embracing and being our magnificent light, any sense of vulnerability disappears. It really is that simple. Only love is real.

Therefore, it is essential to be mindful when presented with information. Is the information presented rooted in fear or in love? Does it make you feel uplifted and empowered or disempowered? Your inner guidance will tell you through how it makes you feel.

Maya Bringas

Living Blissfully in the Now

6/1/2018

I sit in silence, breathing in the fresh cool air. My eyes gently closed for a moment, I enjoy this quiet stillness. I gaze up and notice the fluffy white clouds that fill the blue sky. How lovely they look, as they very slowly and gracefully move across the sky. I look in all directions above from where I now sit to notice the variety of shapes they form. How peaceful it is to merge with the clouds as I watch them float by.

I am filled with serenity and calm in this present moment. All other thoughts and cares have melted away. I am in bliss with nature in this now moment. What beauty nature offers, if we just look, listen, sense, and feel. Here in my garden, the rustling sound of the leaves bring additional soothing comfort to my mind and whole being. I now hear the song of a bird in the distance, its melody bringing cheer and upliftment to all who will hear. More birds now add to the chorus. How sweet they sound!

I close my eyes again for a moment, drinking in the fresh spring air. I am grateful for this now moment and for the harmony it ushers in. I hear the rhythm of my wind chime quicken as it sends out its tune in all directions. Ah, such bliss this is. I am content in the now, nothing else comes to mind. I sit here in nature immersed in its delights.
Living Blissfully in the Now, by Maya Bringas
The warm sun shines on me now, as the tender breeze brings additional comfort. Being here in this now moment, there is no other place I would rather be. Everything is right here, right now. I am filled with more gratitude for the stillness, tranquility, peace, and joy that the now moment brings. I hear the call of what sounds like gulls overhead in the distance, as if in agreement to the thoughts that have now just passed.

As I look further into the distance, I see all that is growing and beginning to bloom. Spring is here. How wise nature is. The plants and flowers need not be coaxed or told how to grow. Each year they just do their thing. They begin to emerge, bloom, and grow all on their own, as they always know when the time is right. They don’t force nor resist, they just be what they are. I notice the color green emerging everywhere and the little flower buds beginning to make their appearance after the long winter. How joyful I feel for their arrival. They are friends from nature that return this time of the year.

As I write from this place of stillness, I am grateful for so many things like this quiet time and for all nature offers. Another gift has now appeared for us all. I hear a call directly above. Three majestic birds are soaring freely and happily in the sky. Let us soar together right here and now.

Letting Go to Flow

5/1/2018

Letting Go to Flow, by Maya Bringas
Inspired action is action taken by following Spirit’s guidance. The word inspired derives from the two words, in and spirit. When we live from the place of being “in spirit” and permit Spirit’s higher divine wisdom to express through us, everything enfolds naturally and gracefully.

Many may think that it is necessary to always be actively doing something in order to feel productive. The ego loves to make us feel we need to stay busy rather than take time to relax, let go, rest, and simply be. It likes to keep the mind busy and distracted. It also enjoys making one feel like there is a race against time, which is an illusion.

At times Spirit may guide us to pause and do nothing for awhile. When there is something on my agenda to do, but I am not feeling Spirit’s guidance to work on it at that moment, I have learned to hold off until I get the go ahead to proceed. With Spirit in charge, all is in divine timing and order. This is different than the ego’s fear-based guidance which always wants us to work through strain and tries to push and force things to happen. With Spirit as our guide, there is no strain and everything flows with ease.

Even if there are deadlines for our projects, when we let Spirit be our guide, all are met in perfect timing and in the perfect way. During moments when I don’t feel the creative inspiration for a specific project coming through, I give myself extra time to relax and do other activities that are joyful and that nurture my well-being. I know that it will burst through when it is ready. Taking some time for relaxation and fun is vital for everyone. One may think it is counter-productive to take a day or two away from a project to just unwind for awhile. However, when we do, we rebalance, harmonize and gain clarity.

Everyone has different ways to unwind. I find going for a walk in nature, watching a funny movie, or listening to uplifting, high-vibrational music to be beneficial. Giving ourselves these moments creates the opening for Spirit’s inspiration to flow through. Ideas, insights, realizations, answers, and creativity then pours through clearly without hindrance. I have noticed this happen whenever I give myself these moments to pause. So actually by taking a little time out to let go for awhile, we become more productive and get better results. The manifestations that result are divine ones as they are created with Spirit expressing through us.

Spirit’s guidance always provides a feeling and sense of upliftment, hope, unconditional love, and gives solutions and answers that are a benefit to all. The ego’s guidance is fear-based, judgemental of the self and/or others, and is competitive. Spirit offers joy and peace, while the ego offers only gloom and doom. When we choose to take action that is inspired from Spirit, the outcome is always a blessing to ourselves and others.

Being an Instrument of Peace

Being an Instrument of Peace by Maya Bringas, Sibyl Magazine
Peace comes from within. It is our natural state of being. When we connect with the stillness that resides within during meditation, we become more deeply aware of the presence of this peace and can bring it into all aspects of our physical experience. The outside world fades away and yet we feel connected and one with all. In this inner sanctuary, we join with our true eternal essence of peace, unconditional love, and joy.

Meditation is an important part of my daily life. Each moment spent in meditation is like a warm, loving embrace from Source. I used to worry quite a bit during my early years. However, when I began to spend time going inwards and raising my consciousness, all of that shifted. The tendency to worry dissolved.

I enjoy spending time in the stillness within everyday. I like to meditate each morning and I feel it is a wonderful way to begin the day, aligned to Source. It also helps inspiration to flow. I continue to tune into and connect with this place of quiet calm as the day continues. I find taking these moments going inward to be empowering and nourishing.

The practice of meditation does not require that any specific rules or rituals be followed. It is instead a time to release from the mind, simply be, and enjoy our divine magnificence. Making the commitment to incorporate meditation into one’s schedule is what is essential, rather than the amount of time spent in each meditation session. Also, the more it is practiced, the deeper one goes.

From my personal experience, I have found that over time, as we become increasingly immersed in the bliss and joy that is experienced during meditation, this wonderful feeling of upliftment, liberation, and peace, becomes a natural part of our daily experience and state of being. Everything becomes more like a form of meditation.

When the mind becomes still, we are reminded that all is well and we can relax and let go. It is safe to do so as we are forever fully supported by Source. We need not and can not control anything. In this place of inner tranquility, we find greater ease to release all resistance to our alignment to Source and can bring healing to the body and mind.

Unless given the permission to do so, by being peace and committing to choose it for ourselves at any given moment, nothing can disturb it. Our own personal alignment to peace is all that matters. Each individual is responsible for their own personal alignment only. We are also only most truly helpful to others when we are in our place of alignment. And since all minds are connected, and really only one, in order to see and experience a world of peace, we simply need to focus on being the peace that is already our true nature. We then become an instrument of peace, which naturally extends to all.

Choosing True Perception

3/4/2018

Choosing True Perception, by Maya Bringas
Everything changed when I began to look within. There comes a point when one realizes that all is found within. The need to seek externally ceases. I began my inner exploration and self-discovery in my early thirties over a decade ago. Spirituality had always been an important aspect in my life, but as I began to delve deeper into my subconscious and began undoing the false beliefs I held about myself, my life transformed completely. Through this awakening and alignment to my true self, which is the same divine self that we all are, everything began to shift in the most wondrous ways. When the realization of who we really are awakens within us, our outer world automatically transforms.

My self-healing began with the practice of daily self-love, forgiveness, and inner child healing. I was fully committed to my healing and raising my consciousness became a priority in my life. Over the years that followed, as my perceptions continued to change, miracles began happening.

Everything that we experience happens in order to teach us something. The situations and people that show up in our lives (the effect) act as a mirror to reflect back the beliefs we hold within the mind (the cause). Many of these beliefs are subconscious. Specific issues are also illuminated in the mirrors (to help one learn self-approval, or how to feel comfortable expressing one’s feelings, or trust etc.) until they are healed. The source of well-being always comes from within. Coming to that understanding brought me a great sense of freedom and self-empowerment and continues to do so as I remember that nothing can disturb my inner peace unless I allow it.

When you acknowledge that everything is simply a projection coming from you and not at you, you take responsibility for your perceptions and life. You see innocence in all including yourself. You end needless suffering. Isn’t it empowering to know that nothing outside of you can effect your alignment to your true self, and that at any given moment, it’s solely your choice on how you want to feel no matter what is happening around you? As I changed my perception of uncomfortable past experiences, using them as opportunities to learn, forgive, and to propel me forward in my awakening, it allowed my transformation and healing to occur. Many mirrors disappeared as well when I learned what I needed.

We all need to go through the process of undoing the false beliefs of the ego and aligning to our true self at some point, so why delay? Doing all that inner work on myself was not easy, as it isn’t for most who do, but I am so grateful that I did because it has brought me to a place of deep connection to Spirit and to those that cross my path. Life now flows so much easier and there is greater harmony, joy, well-being and synchronicity. Everything becomes a blessing when we perceive it the way Source knows it to be true.

A Course in Miracles has been the greatest blessing on my path. I have been a dedicated student of the Course since 2008 and it is a unique, universal, self-study, thought system that teaches that the path to inner peace and love is through forgiveness. A Course in Miracles has helped me to completely transform my perception of the world. And in doing so, transform my life.

You Are Divine LOVE, by Maya Bringas, A Course in Miracles unconditional love
This article was published in the February 2018 issue of Sibyl Magazine: For the Spirit and Soul of Woman.

Your true essence is the unconditional love of Source. That is what you are. What we all are as we are One with Source. There is no separate you nor I, for we are united together as One being, One light, One child of Source. The love of Source is always unconditional. There is never any judgement, nor condemnation. You have always been and forever are so dearly and completely loved. Source knows only the divine Truth of who you are which is LOVE.

When you judge yourself or something or someone else, your perception is not based on divine spiritual Truth. Such judgement needs to be lovingly and gently released so that true perception is revealed. Only love is real. Anything that is not based on unconditional love is not, because Source (and you), are only unconditional love. It is so vital to be loving, kind, gentle, patient, and compassionate with yourself. As you do, you embody your true divine essence and enable the falsities to fall away. All done with more ease and grace as you nurture your well-being with love along the way.

See yourself and everything in your world as Source sees all. See with LOVE. When you do, you see past the false illusions of the ego’s fear to what is really there. Peace, love, unity, harmony. See everyone as the divine light that they are and you honor and affirm to yourself the divine light that you are.

“Child of Light, you know not that the light is in you. Yet you will find it through it’s witnesses, for having given light to them they will return it. Each one you see in light brings your light closer to your awareness. Love always leads to love.” A Course in Miracles (T-13.VI.10:1-4).

You can connect with your sacred heart within daily to align to the divine love that you are. The following exercise will help you to really feel and embody this love. Place your hands on your heart chakra in the center of your chest. Close your eyes and take a few slow, deep, gentle breaths. As you breathe in, allow your belly to expand outwards as you affirm to yourself in your mind, or aloud, “I AM the love that flows in through me.” And as you exhale, draw your belly inwards and affirm, “I AM the love that flows out through me.” Feel the connection with your sacred heart within as this loving energy expands. Continue breathing in and out with these affirmations until you feel immersed with this glorious love that resides within your sacred heart. You are a beacon of love. You are nourishing your whole being with your divine love as you also extend it out into your world. Close this exercise by affirming, “I AM Love, I AM Love, I AM Love.” You can start each morning with this short exercise, to help you to stay centered in your heart throughout the day.
