The following is a poem that was written through me from a couple years ago or so, and I share it here now. I also recorded it and posted it on my YouTube channel if you prefer to listen to it. Click here to listen. In the stillness I hear your words Soft, gentle, loving and kind They nourish my body They nurture my soul They bless my mind. What sacred solace Your sweet words bring Painting a canvas of hope, peace, strength and joy Your words, your presence Uplifts my soul Sweet sanctuary within, is where I find you. You encourage me, you love me, you show me the way Always with tenderness and the utmost care With respect, with harmony, you reassure me always That all is OK All is well And I relax into this knowingness I feel and am safe in your embrace. Warm waves of love Shower every part of me My soul, my body, my mind, my whole essence The wisdom you share is like no other Exactly what I need is offered. You light my path You light my way For I am shown the way In peace I rest. In stillness I find you Each time you are there Never to abandon But always to care. I need not worry I need not shed a tear For you are always there And show me you care. I thank you my Spirit My Inner Teacher of Peace For always being there The love I feel The hope I find Washes over me When I subside. I let go and trust Never need to rush All is taken care of All answers provided Solutions they come Problems dissolve I am safe and all is well. My mind at peace Love fills my soul I rest assured With ease and grace. Harmony fills me Life restored To flow with joy And to embrace. Each moment a blessing Each day one of love The love felt within Is where I shall dwell in. In Oneness,

Being peace in our personal lives naturally radiates it to the world. All minds are joined and really only one. Where within us do we still hold onto conflict? Is there a part or parts of us where we attack ourselves? Do we condemn, judge or criticize ourselves in any way? Do we hold onto any old guilt or patterns or behaviors that are not aligned to the Truth of who we really are as perfect peace, love, harmony, joy, well-being, order, and balance? Do we have any resentment, grievances, or hang onto old judgements of others or situations? We can reflect on these with unconditional self-love, self-kindness, and compassion. Loving Exercise You may like to take a moment to do the following exercise that can bring greater awareness and insight of your inner mindscape. It can be very helpful to write down your answers in a journal. Let the wisdom from within flow onto paper. Stop and ask your beautiful self the following. “In which way(s) do I attack myself?” (Examples might include self-judgement, self-doubt, guilt, ignoring your personal needs etc.). Notice what comes up. Be specific. You might think that some types of attack on yourself are small and some bigger. However, all self-attack is the same and is not helpful nor true. Next, forgive yourself. You may like to place a hand on your radiant heart as you state, “I forgive you your name. I AM perfect, whole, innocent and complete. I AM perfect just the way that I AM. There is nothing wrong with me. I AM perfect love, perfect peace. That is what I AM. That is my true nature. My true essence, now and forever.” Wrap your arms around yourself and give yourself a big, warm, loving hug! Your whole being loves this. You are never separate from Source/Presence/Peace/Love/Joy/the true Self. Each moment, we have the choice what we choose to believe about ourselves and our true nature. With thoughts that arise, we can choose which thoughts to listen to and those not to. Noticing them with unconditional love and self-compassion. We can be so gentle and nurturing with ourselves. Now ask yourself the following. “In what ways can I be more loving with myself?” Perhaps hearing and listening more deeply to your inner needs and following the inner wisdom, guidance, and solutions that arises from presence, the stillness within. Or encouraging yourself throughout the day… Write down your answers. We can extend this love, compassion, and forgiveness that we have given ourselves to those we have attacked in our minds by holding onto grievances. We can choose inner peace, peace of mind. As we liberate ourselves, by making a shift at the level of the mind, we liberate all. When we no longer attack ourselves, judgements/resentment/ grievances of others and the world fall away naturally on their own and are replaced with compassion. Love leads to more love. It's time to take our inherent power back. It's always been there and always will be. It’s time to be who, what we truly are. Our Magnificence. Our Light. Our eternal Peace. The Love that we are. That is our true nature. And our natural state of being. In Oneness,

The way we begin our morning, helps set the tone for the whole day. Bringing mindfulness to our mornings and starting the day aligned to our inherent wholeness, joy, peace, stillness, love, innocence, and well-being, can help us to stay more deeply rooted to these qualities and the true Self (also known as Awareness, Presence, Love, Inner Spirit, Source) throughout the day. Mindfulness, which is a state of mind characterized by awareness, being fully present in the now moment, and non-judgement/compassion, helps us to take back/be in our power, and move forward towards living the life that our heart truly desires. It can help us break free from limiting patterns and behaviors that can keep us stuck or stagnating. Implementing a mindful morning routine suited specifically to your interests can promote the experience of increased relaxation, upliftment, optimism, and joy every day. Each morning I follow a routine that I love to do. Before getting out of bed, I pause and take some quiet time to tune inwards. I drink a glass of water and then I meditate. That's my morning routine and how I spend the first hour to ninety minutes or so of my day. In the morning, I don't check emails, scroll through notifications on the phone, nor internet search until after I have finished my morning routine. It's my time for me. I stay "unplugged" from the outside world during this time. My morning routine feels so good and I look forward to meditating each morning. Meditating helps me feel joyful, empowered, grateful, relaxed, motivated, and peaceful. Experiencing these feelings also helps me to bring them into the rest of my morning and day. These elevated feelings and emotions of joy, peace, well-being, and love are always present within us, as they are the true essence of what we are (the true Self). And, when we do an activity that we enjoy, we connect with the true Self. A deepening and strengthening of the connection to these elevated feelings and emotions can also occur. Having a mindful morning routine that I practice daily upon waking, has been very beneficial. When creating a mindful morning routine for yourself that will work best for you, some things to consider are as follows. --What are your desired feelings that you want to experience and strengthen? Joy? Peace? Motivation? Relaxation? Trust in the Inherent Power/Wisdom within? etc… --Without feeling constrained for time, how much time can you devote to your morning routine? Begin with whatever works for you. We are all different. 5 minutes? 15 minutes? 30 minutes? 45 minutes? 60 minutes? … Note: one may not think so, but even 5 minutes of a mindful morning practice can produce significant benefits. What is important is not the length of time, but commitment to practicing daily which will build new habits and routines. Creating Your Mindful Morning Routine After you have answered the above two questions, you can create your morning routine. (What type of activity will help you feel what you want to experience and reinforce?) Some examples of activities you may like to consider are: -Practicing gratitude. You might like to have a gratitude journal and write down everything you are grateful for. -Meditating -Setting an intention for the day. For example, to practice deeper self-kindness. You may like to write down or journal how you will practice self-kindness. What things will you do and not do to nurture self-kindness? What behaviors will you demonstrate and which ones will you avoid? What choices will you make and not make? -If you practice a vibrational therapy like reiki or sound therapy for example, you could give yourself a treatment or play a singing bowl. -Exercising -Affirmative prayer -A mindful movement activity like yoga, tai chi, or qi gong -Dancing -Listening to music, singing, or playing an instrument -Having a warm drink These are just possible suggestions. I'm sure you can think of others too. You may want to just select between 1-3 activities, so you do not feel rushed and can engage in them mindfully. If you decide to do more than one activity, consider how long you will spend on each one. Practicing your chosen morning activity or activities mindfully means staying present in the now moment as awareness and with compassion and non-judgement to whatever arises. Engaging in activities in this manner also helps to deepen self-kindness. Once you have decided on an activity that you are interested in, you can get started practicing your new routine each morning with a mindful approach. Even before beginning your new morning practice, you can reflect on how giving yourself this time for nurturing and self-care feels and will feel. If any thoughts come up just observe them with compassion, love, and non-judgement. You can click here if you would like to read my blog post, “Taking Your Power Back from Mind Chatter with Self-Kindness” for info about being aware of thoughts that arise with presence, non-judgement and compassion. Enjoy your new mindful morning routine! Have fun with it. As the days go by, you can always make changes to your mindful morning routine if you like. Let the desired feelings that you want to feel and reinforce guide you. After a period of time, perhaps 30 days, take a moment to reflect on the following. --How have you been feeling since bringing mindfulness into your morning routine? --What benefits has this practice had in your life? PS. Feel free to share in the comments below, how you get on with incorporating this mindfulness practice into your morning routine. I always love to read your comments. In Oneness,
Maya Bringas If you enjoyed reading this article and found it helpful, feel free to share it with those that may be interested in the content. Sharing is caring! Let's spread the love! Scientists have studied that we have about 60,000 to 90,000 thoughts per day. When we take notice of the thoughts, we can become aware that they are often the same or similar to the ones the day before. Perhaps you’ve noticed that? Some of the thoughts are helpful and nurturing and aligned to our magnificent/perfect/eternal wholeness, and the Truth of who we are at the deepest level of our being. These thoughts help to support us on our path. Other thoughts may be based in separation consciousness and are not supportive, nurturing, nor aligned to the Truth of who we are. And so if we choose to believe in these types of thoughts, they won’t be helpful for us. The key is not about trying to eliminate any kind of thoughts that may seem distressing or unhelpful. Thoughts will always be there and they are not the issue. Let all thoughts be present. We are not the thoughts. What is important is how we view them and whether we choose to identify with them or not. When a thought that is unhelpful (based in separation consciousness, self-doubt, lack, limitation, unworthiness, blame, guilt etc.) arises, notice it from a place of curiosity. Just be aware of it. Refrain from judging it or labeling it (good or bad, right or wrong etc.) and simply be present with it. Allow the thought to be there without trying to eliminate it nor any feeling that may arise. So with any thought that surfaces that is not helpful (like “I’m not good enough”, “I can’t have what I want”, “they are bad people”, “there’s never enough”…) you just observe it and might even think something like, “Oh, look at that. That’s interesting that that is coming up.” Such a thought can be an old program/pattern of thinking running in the mind. By pausing and stepping back with awareness and non-judgement, you may gain insight or have the realization of the root of where the pattern of thinking is coming from. It often can be something from long ago, that is arising again to be looked at with love and compassion and be healed. So awareness and non-judgement of an unhelpful thought can shift the energy around it to self-empowerment. We take back our power by choosing not to buy into nor identify with such a thought or stories. The practice is to be a loving and kind witness of what shows up in the mind. And to be gentle with ourselves with any thoughts that arise. Amongst all the thinking is the ever-present quiet stillness of calm, which becomes more evident when we accept the present moment as it is and no longer resist any thoughts, feelings or sensations. If any feelings or sensations arise that you find distressing, allow yourself to feel them with self-compassion and love. It is our judgement of our feelings and sensations that can keep us bound to them. Resisting, burying, or repressing any that are distressing, does not get rid of them because they are trying to get our attention as they need our gentle and loving care. When we give them our attention and feel our feelings with non-judgement and love, healing occurs. Living from a place of presence, self-kindness, and acceptance of all of our thoughts, feelings, and sensations helps the body stay relaxed. When we observe our thoughts and give ourselves the loving support we need moment to moment, the peaceful spaciousness around the thoughts and behind the mind chatter becomes more evident. It reminds us that all is well. That we are always taken care of. That we can relax and let go of any stress. This stillness/spaciousness/peace is the Truth of what we are. It is our true Self. It’s our true nature. With full acceptance and non-judgement of what occurs in the present moment, a natural process of transformation happens on its own. Any pull into the thoughts/stories subsides. A deep sense of liberation can emerge. Distress dissolves into peace and the past and future are released (any worries, doubts, guilt, blame etc.). The whole body relaxes too. It releases out of fight/flight/freeze stress mode and back to order, coherence, balance, and stability. I have found that when we develop the practice of staying as the awareness of the thoughts, rather than identifying as them, and viewing them with unconditional love and compassion, and accept their presence, we cultivate a deep level of self-kindness. I have experienced that an inner gentleness for the self blooms which feels so liberating and blissful. It feels amazing to just be me and stay committed to living as the Truth of what we are. There is greater flow, ease and harmony. When we unconditionally love and appreciate ourselves and honor our true inherent magnificence, the old unhelpful thought and behavioral patterns fall away on their own. The feelings of love, peace, well-being, and alignment to our wholeness feels so good that we no longer choose to buy into any unhelpful patterns/stories, nor criticize ourselves anymore. We make the commitment to ourselves, to choose self-kindness and love. To be the love that is our Truth. The love that we always and forever are. And we can then also see through any illusions/drama in the outer world to the peace, stillness, spaciousness, magnificence, and love that is in all. Note: Looking at our emotions/thoughts/feelings and issues can be overwhelming or challenging especially if there has been trauma or if one is experiencing psychological issues. Be sure to consult and get help if needed, from a licensed professional or therapist. In Oneness,

The benefits of walking in nature are numerous. Some of these benefits include the following: -helps improve cardiovascular health -assists with reducing stress and anxiety -improves well-being and uplifting one’s mood and can be especially helpful when experiencing a traumatic life circumstance like a health issue, or the transition of a loved one or a relationship issue. -can help decrease high blood pressure -helps bring stillness to the mind -grounding -can assist with opening and developing one’s senses by observing the sights and sounds of nature -feeling more connected to Spirit which also boosts creativity With such benefits to the body and mind, walking in nature can also assist with speeding up the healing/recovery process. Being outdoors in nature brings clarity of mind. Especially when we let go of everything that may be on our minds for a while, and become aware of and observe our surroundings in nature. From the wind’s gentle breeze, to the rustling sound of leaves and the warm sun on your back. The brilliant colorful flowers, the sweet song of a bird overhead, the soft green grass and strong-rooted trees, all with their vibrancy and aliveness is something to appreciate. Taking a nature walk helps us to see our lives and experiences from a higher perspective. It helps us connect more deeply with our inner peace, our Spirit, that reminds us that “All is Well.” I love walking in nature on a daily basis. No matter how I am feeling before taking my walk, I always feel more uplifted and renewed during and after my nature walk. I also have found that much intuitive guidance comes during these walks. When the mind becomes still, the inspiration (in-spirit) flows. And adding Reiki to a walk in nature boosts the intuitive guidance even more, since the Reiki energy helps us to connect more deeply with the wisdom of our Spirit. Incorporating Reiki into a Nature Walk I love to connect with Reiki on my walks. I have noticed that by doing so, I feel even more grounded, relaxed, peaceful, more in tune with Spirit, and it boosts creative ideas. Reiki nature walks are very balancing, grounding, healing and empowering. Before I set off on my walk in nature, I call on Reiki. Though some parts may vary at different times depending on what I’m feeling Reiki guiding me to use (symbols etc.) at the moment, the following are typically the steps I follow. Steps that I Follow as Suggested Ideas for Taking a Walk in Nature with Reiki
I do love my Reiki nature walks. They enhance my time in nature and deepen the relaxing, healing, harmonizing, and balancing benefits that nature has to offer. You may wish to incorporate these ideas and bring the loving power of Reiki into your nature walks. When invoking Reiki and/or any symbols, do what works for you. You can visualize the symbols, state their names, draw them over the body, or you may have other ways too. Follow your inner guidance and let Reiki lead the way on your walks! And have fun! During times of challenge, it is even more important for us to be centered and grounded to our inner Spirit. With the many shifts and changes we are all experiencing in our daily routines and lives at this time, our ever-present true Self--our Higher Spirit Self, the calm and quiet presence within--is always there to teach us, lead us, and show us the way. It is during times like these that it is vital to listen to and follow the guidance of Spirit, our Inner Teacher of Peace. This is such an opportune time to commit to and deepen the cultivation of the practice of presence in our daily lives. In regards to the coronavirus pandemic, yes we each take the necessary precautions to keep ourselves, families, and others safe and healthy, and do what feels best and comfortable for us in the outer world. At the same time, at the level of the mind, our inner world, we can choose how we look at things and what we would like to focus on. We choose what we want to listen to or focus on from outside sources and what we communicate and express, and also on what we choose to focus upon from within as well. And we can look at it all with compassion, love, and understanding. We can move through this global experience and each and every one of life's experiences (there really is no difference) through presence, peace, and with Spirit. Spirit is readily available to support us at all times and in all ways. There is no problem that is too big or too small and Spirit recognizes that all problems are really the same and that there is always just one solution. LOVE. There is a lovely lesson (# 21) from A Course in Miracles, "I am determined to see things differently." We can always choose how to view any situation, problem, person, the self, or anything. We can look at it through the vision of Spirit (love) or through fear (ego/judgement). When there are times that I observe that I am not feeling complete peace, I remind myself of this statement from A Course in Miracles. When I remember that I can see the particular situation differently, choose how I want to feel and at the same time I release any judgement in how I am feeling and what is occurring, a shift occurs right away. The weight is lifted when I choose to see it all through love instead. By being willing and determined to see things differently, we open ourselves to Spirit to gently take us by the hand, and lead us to seeing things differently, through peace, love, and harmony. We no longer choose to feel stuck. We can ask Spirit to help us to see whatever is causing us any distress, through Love and divine Truth. As we do so, judgement falls away and we remember once again who we, everyone, and everything truly is. Perfect, whole, complete, divine. That is what we are. This is truly a time of transformation on the planet when we all have the opportunity to whole-heartedly make the choice to stay anchored to our true Self/Spirit, to release judgement and replace it with compassion for ourselves and all others, and to be truly helpful. Let us make the choice to stay committed to living our magnificence! In Oneness,
Maya Bringas When I look at you I See me. I See your Light and so I See the Light in me. To See you is to recognize myself. The Light we share. The Light as One. I See the love that is your spirit. It's who you are. What you are. And as I See the beauty of your spirit, I affirm the beauty that is my spirit. For we are no different. We are the same. The appearance may differ, but the Light, the Love within, could be no different. I See you for who you are. And so I acknowledge who I AM. Our identities may differ, but we are not identities. We are formless, united with the One. One Heart, one Love, one remarkable Divine Light. Let us soar in our united true form. Past all illusions, higher and higher. Lighter we become, immersed in the One. Beyond time, beyond space. We are eternal in the One. Bliss is our nature, bliss is our right. Oh how amazing it is to be this simplicity. No struggle, no fear. Just pure delight. In joy to be and simply be free. Home is here. Home is within. For the One everlasting shining Light is what we are in. Happiness, joy, love, and peace. That is what we behold within. In Oneness in Source forever we dwell, let us remember this well. For this is where we are, this is our Truth. May we simply be and set ourselves free. When we experience the world through the true Vision of the Higher Spirit Self, we experience life with deep meaning, purpose, and from the awareness of who we really are, which is divine love. In Oneness,
Maya Bringas ~Freedom comes when you remember the magnificence of who you really are~ The heart is the gateway to your True Self. The divine heart of the One Source that resides within us all, knows only Truth. It does not question, it does not seek. It simply knows. It listens in silence, it speaks with strength, and it loves with every pulsating beat. No restrictions, no reservations. It simply extends and flows, generously unhindered. The divine heart seeks not approval, for it knows what it is. It knows only unconditional love. It embraces all and invites love within. Love is always the answer, no matter the question. By truly loving the self, you become a pillar of love. Sadness and grief, worry and despair, uncertainty and fear, dissolve when touched by the love you hold within. And no matter what is experienced within one’s life experience or in the physical body, when there is unconditional love for the self, any inner suffering is always transformed into peace. Tuning in daily to the divine heart is essential. The physical vessel’s natural, vibrational, default setting is to the frequency of divine love. It resonates wholly to love. When aspects of the physical vessel, become out of tune/balance, whether it’s experienced in the mind, the physical or energy bodies, a return to love is what brings it back to its natural frequency and experience of well-being. Whatever method/therapy/form one uses for healing, the underlying essence at the heart of all true and permanent healing is love. Healing is release from fear and occurs at the level of the mind. Sometimes people wonder why healing in some circumstances is temporary. One’s sense of well-being may not seem to last, or perhaps one’s symptoms/health condition may be gone for a while and then reappear. We have free will of what thoughts we choose to believe. Sometimes a person may ignore the inner voice of love, and not yet be willing to permanently release former unloving thought or behavioral patterns, therefore resisting fully embracing love’s presence. In such instances, there is a return to identification with separation and the false self. One might not be ready to release unforgiveness, guilt, judgement etc. Therefore, distress/symptoms may reoccur to get the person’s attention that an internal shift from fear to love is required. In other cases, a person may practice unconditional love, with symptoms alleviated or disappearing completely, while the condition may or may not disappear. The body doesn’t know the divine plan for the soul, but the heart/Spirit does. It is therefore important not to judge what’s happening in the body, nor blame nor be critical of the self. Release any expectation of a specific result. Inner peace and well-being is what healing provides and is possible no matter what’s happening in the body. Being gentle, patient, forgiving, and loving with the self is the divine heart’s guidance. When there is a willingness and commitment to choose love, you can trust and know that the love of the divine heart will always take care of you and keep you well. In Oneness,
Maya Bringas ~Article published in the December issue of Sibyl Magazine: For the Spirit and Soul of Woman. ~Freedom comes when you remember the magnificence of who you really are~ If you enjoy these empowering articles, please share them with those who may be interested in the content. Sharing is both a blessing to others and to ourselves. Our intuition is guidance from the Higher Spirit Self. The mind has two parts/thought systems. Spirit is one and is the voice of love. Spirit knows only our divine Truth that we are perfect love and that only love is real. The other part of the mind, the ego, is illusory. The ego is not an entity nor a thing, but rather just the idea that we are separate from our Source. Its thought system is fear-based and is totally flawed as we are not separate from Source. The ego is the inner critic/false self which judges everyone and everything. Abundance, unity, and wholeness are part of Spirit’s thought system. Lack, separation, and limitation are part of the ego’s thought system. Since the part of the mind we choose to follow at any given moment effects how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world, listening to Spirit’s guidance (our intuition) enables us to experience and enjoy life from Spirit’s true vision of peace, love, non-judgement, harmony, and freedom. How do you know if specific thoughts and ideas in your mind are guidance from Spirit or the ego? When they are from Spirit, they are loving, gentle, kind, and uplifting in nature. Any guidance that Spirit offers always result in positive outcomes for our well-being and anyone else concerned. Spirit gives us solutions on how to forgive and eliminate fear and judgement, and brings us clarity. We may feel a burst of joy when we receive inspiring ideas. If the thoughts and ideas are unloving, judgemental, or condemn anyone including the self, then they are from the ego. The guidance received from Spirit may not always necessarily be what one wants to hear at the time. If there are expectations of what it should be, to match what you think you want, this is judgement and a control mechanism of the ego. If Spirit’s guidance is then ignored, it may lead to some confusion and doubt. If unsure if the guidance is from Spirit or the ego, you can ask for clarification from Spirit and wait awhile. Let go of thinking about it for some time and to clear the mind, trusting that Spirit will bring you the clarification in divine timing. When we spend time being in silence and the mind becomes still, the intuitive guidance comes through clearly. Also, Spirit’s guidance will most likely stay the same a few days later, but that from the ego can change, even often. We have so many thoughts that arise in the mind each day. Each moment, we always have the choice which inner voice to listen to. When I made the choice to listen to and follow only Spirit and have stayed committed to doing so everyday, the voice of the ego became much weaker. Like a muscle that gets stronger when we exercise it, when we are dedicated to listening to and following our intuition, the stronger our communication with Spirit and it becomes our clear, dominant, guiding light. In Oneness,
Maya Bringas ~Article published in the November issue of Sibyl Magazine: For the Spirit and Soul of Woman. ~Freedom comes when you remember the magnificence of who you really are~ If you enjoy these empowering articles, please share them with those who may be interested in the content. Sharing is both a blessing to others and to ourselves. Forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves and it sets us free. When we choose forgiveness, we release the past, and can enjoy living in the eternal now. Judgement takes many forms. Blaming others or the self for one’s experiences, believing the self or others to be inadequate, guilty, or undeserving, and making comparisons, are just a few examples of judgement. Love and judgement cannot coexist. Only one of these is active at any given moment. Forgiveness is the means to the relinquishment of judgement. When we truly forgive, we do so at the level of the mind where it is needed, since all arises from the mind. By forgiving the self, another person, or a situation, we are not indicating that a specific behavior or action is ok, but rather we see through the illusion of the world and its seeming separate identities and stories, to the love that is truly there beyond all form. The non-dualistic spiritual principles of A Course in Miracles teaches that the path to inner peace and love is through this true form of forgiveness. All are innocent, and only the love that we are, is real. We can always, at any moment, make the choice to love, and abandon judgement. Everyone is doing the best they can based on their state of awareness about who they really are. Those who lack self-love and are unhappy deep down, can extend to others only what they feel for themselves and what they believe to be true. Forgiveness though, does not mean that one should tolerate or be subjected to the unloving nature of a situation or behavior of another. A very helpful tool that you can use is to bring your conscious awareness outside the illusion/world and to perceive a situation as an observer looking in. This makes it easier to detach from a situation and bring your awareness to the stillness within. Like watching a movie, you observe the characters with relatively no strong attachment. Taking such a perspective when observing the stories happening in your life, results in a greater understanding and compassion for the various characters. Spirit, our inner teacher of peace, always assists with forgiveness, we just need to ask. Our true essence is light, free, and unconditional love. Forgiveness uplifts your vibration and permanently disconnects you from suffering. Nothing on the level of form, outside of the mind, needs to be done, unless there is specific guidance from Spirit to do so. Forgiveness and commitment to the daily practice of non-judgement accelerates the undoing of the ego, which cannot survive without judgement. Forgiveness is an act of nurturing unconditional self-love. Forgiving another is really forgiving yourself. When the painful life stories and characters are forgiven, whatever was based on divine, unconditional love, always remains. Those that were not rooted in divine love naturally fall away on their own. This creates an opening for more of that which is based on love to come into your life. In Oneness,

I sit in silence, breathing in the fresh cool air. My eyes gently closed for a moment, I enjoy this quiet stillness. I gaze up and notice the fluffy white clouds that fill the blue sky. How lovely they look, as they very slowly and gracefully move across the sky. I look in all directions above from where I now sit to notice the variety of shapes they form. How peaceful it is to merge with the clouds as I watch them float by. I am filled with serenity and calm in this present moment. All other thoughts and cares have melted away. I am in bliss with nature in this now moment. What beauty nature offers, if we just look, listen, sense, and feel. Here in my garden, the rustling sound of the leaves bring additional soothing comfort to my mind and whole being. I now hear the song of a bird in the distance, its melody bringing cheer and upliftment to all who will hear. More birds now add to the chorus. How sweet they sound! I close my eyes again for a moment, drinking in the fresh spring air. I am grateful for this now moment and for the harmony it ushers in. I hear the rhythm of my wind chime quicken as it sends out its tune in all directions. Ah, such bliss this is. I am content in the now, nothing else comes to mind. I sit here in nature immersed in its delights. The warm sun shines on me now, as the tender breeze brings additional comfort. Being here in this now moment, there is no other place I would rather be. Everything is right here, right now. I am filled with more gratitude for the stillness, tranquility, peace, and joy that the now moment brings. I hear the call of what sounds like gulls overhead in the distance, as if in agreement to the thoughts that have now just passed.
As I look further into the distance, I see all that is growing and beginning to bloom. Spring is here. How wise nature is. The plants and flowers need not be coaxed or told how to grow. Each year they just do their thing. They begin to emerge, bloom, and grow all on their own, as they always know when the time is right. They don’t force nor resist, they just be what they are. I notice the color green emerging everywhere and the little flower buds beginning to make their appearance after the long winter. How joyful I feel for their arrival. They are friends from nature that return this time of the year. As I write from this place of stillness, I am grateful for so many things like this quiet time and for all nature offers. Another gift has now appeared for us all. I hear a call directly above. Three majestic birds are soaring freely and happily in the sky. Let us soar together right here and now. In Oneness, Maya Bringas ~Published in the June issue of Sibyl Magazine: For the Spirit and Soul of Woman. Inspired action is action taken by following Spirit’s guidance. The word inspired derives from the two words, in and spirit. When we live from the place of being “in spirit” and permit Spirit’s higher divine wisdom to express through us, everything enfolds naturally and gracefully. Many may think that it is necessary to always be actively doing something in order to feel productive. The ego loves to make us feel we need to stay busy rather than take time to relax, let go, rest, and simply be. It likes to keep the mind busy and distracted. It also enjoys making one feel like there is a race against time, which is an illusion. At times Spirit may guide us to pause and do nothing for awhile. When there is something on my agenda to do, but I am not feeling Spirit’s guidance to work on it at that moment, I have learned to hold off until I get the go ahead to proceed. With Spirit in charge, all is in divine timing and order. This is different than the ego’s fear-based guidance which always wants us to work through strain and tries to push and force things to happen. With Spirit as our guide, there is no strain and everything flows with ease. Even if there are deadlines for our projects, when we let Spirit be our guide, all are met in perfect timing and in the perfect way. During moments when I don’t feel the creative inspiration for a specific project coming through, I give myself extra time to relax and do other activities that are joyful and that nurture my well-being. I know that it will burst through when it is ready. Taking some time for relaxation and fun is vital for everyone. One may think it is counter-productive to take a day or two away from a project to just unwind for awhile. However, when we do, we rebalance, harmonize and gain clarity. Everyone has different ways to unwind. I find going for a walk in nature, watching a funny movie, or listening to uplifting, high-vibrational music to be beneficial. Giving ourselves these moments creates the opening for Spirit’s inspiration to flow through. Ideas, insights, realizations, answers, and creativity then pours through clearly without hindrance. I have noticed this happen whenever I give myself these moments to pause. So actually by taking a little time out to let go for awhile, we become more productive and get better results. The manifestations that result are divine ones as they are created with Spirit expressing through us. Spirit’s guidance always provides a feeling and sense of upliftment, hope, unconditional love, and gives solutions and answers that are a benefit to all. The ego’s guidance is fear-based, judgemental of the self and/or others, and is competitive. Spirit offers joy and peace, while the ego offers only gloom and doom. When we choose to take action that is inspired from Spirit, the outcome is always a blessing to ourselves and others. You may think you are far Or that you need do much to get you there But know in Truth, you are already there. Do not despair, look within to find yourself there The place of eternal peace. Enjoy the stillness, the silence within Lift higher and higher, you are already there. Immerse in the glorious, magnificent rays Of God’s divine light. Let it wash away your worries and cares As you are reminded that all is well. The dream of separation Begins to fade You remember, you awake No longer in fear. You are home where you never left You now choose never to forget For you are awake. You will always remember No matter what happens That all is okay Forever safe you are At home with your Source. In bliss and delight You forever shine bright If comes a haze On certain days Go within to hear the gentle Voice That will remind you again That all is well. For in Source you rest And can lay down the quest. The Voice of Spirit The Voice for God Will keep you on track And always have your back. Release, let go Let yourself flow Breathe in Breathe out You are already there." ~Maya Bringas We are right now and forever at home with our Source. There is nothing we need do in order to be with God, as we already are and have never been separated. The dream of separation is just that, a dream.
