Before anything else, we are first and foremost vibration (energy). At a cellular and sub-atomic level we are vibration. Our creation and physical body is so divinely designed. It is quite amazing when one examines the intricacies of how all the various aspects (systems) of the physical body/vessel work in unison to function so perfectly as a whole.
As vibrational beings, we interact on a vibrational level with everything in our perceived reality. Everything is vibration. The animals, plants, Earth, crystals, the planets, stars, and the whole cosmos. That is why becoming aware of your personal vibration on a conscious level is very important at this time of transition on the planet and in creating your New Earth reality.

Like a transmitter/receiver, you hold and radiate as an individual, a specific vibrational frequency. As such, you pick up (bring to you) that which is a match for the vibration that you are personally giving out.
By working on the level of vibration, you are more easily able to create and experience the reality you desire. For only you are the one that is responsible for your vibration and the reality that you create. Everyone and everything on the planet is going through shifts and changes at this monumental time, whether aware of it or not, as the whole planet is ascending. More are beginning to awaken from the dream of separation and duality and remembering who we really are/our Oneness with All That Is. So again, by understanding what is occurring on a vibrational level and raising your personal vibration and consciousness is key.

Your thoughts and beliefs also have a vibrational frequency and those that are of LOVE and reflect the Truth of who you really are, as a divine being of love and light that is One with Source/Creator, raise your vibration. And those that are of a lower vibration are those that are for example, self-sabotaging and judgemental. These are all fear-based and are not aligned to the Truth of who you really are. Foods and beverages also have a vibrational frequency.
By focusing on what is working well in your life and those things in the world that you appreciate and bring you a feeling of joy and love, you bring more of those things that hold the vibration of joy and love to you. Therefore, focus on that which you want and not on those things in your life or in the world that you don't want. This will then allow and accelerate the creation of the reality you wish to experience. It is through your personal vibration that you create what you experience.

We are connected with everything in the Universe (for we are all One). When there are shifts occurring on a global or planetary/astrological level, you will also sense these shifts. This may be on an emotional, mental, spiritual, or physical level. For example, experiencing shifts in your moods and emotions as a result of a crisis or something that may be happening in another part of the world, or with the moon cycles, or planetary shifts/alignments etc. There is no separation, everything is connected and we sense it wherever we are.
Having some awareness of this is helpful so that you have an understanding of what you may be experiencing. As your vibration increases, it is natural to become increasingly more sensitive/empathic. This is not to be feared or looked upon as something negative. As a vibrational being, you are meant to sense through your feelings. And you may feel the density more intensely around you at times. You are being shown by your Spirit, through your sensing and feeling, what you are holding in your vibration that is not aligned to the Truth of who you really are (your True Divine Essence), and who we all truly are. Let yourself feel without being attached or without any judgement of what you are sensing in your inner world or what you are perceiving in your outer world. Just be the observer of the uncomfortable feeling, ask your inner Spirit or any divine helpers that resonate with you, to help you with healing it and the root cause of it. You are always divinely supported.
Always honor what you are feeling and allow for periods of time for yourself to relax and simply just BE. No pushing to do, but letting go for awhile to just BE. Resting and recharging. Staying in your place of power within and raising your vibration. This is key to staying aligned to your true essence, especially when it seems there is much going on in the outer world. When you allow, rather than resist, the process of your awakening and remembering the Truth of who you really are (your true divine essence), the easier and quicker it becomes to experience and integrate the New Earth into your reality.
As we are all One, as one person raises their vibration and consciousness, this creates a ripple effect in the world. Those around him/her will automatically shift as well and more and more will awaken to their true divine essence. The Light shining so ever bright!

The ascension process or awakening journey as you call it, is not about becoming something that you are not already. It is about releasing the burdens, worries and fears that have been weighing on your oh so forever, divine awakened heart. You are already awakened in divine Truth, but may continue to dwell in deep slumber. Ascension is about BE-coming that which you already truly are. In divine Truth, you are it All already!
